“Deedra took excellent care of our 3 rescue cats, Dora, Peavey, and Chico. She kept their food and water refreshed and their litter boxes clean. She was only able to get glimpses of Peavey and Chico, who are each very cautious and shy but we appreciated that she tried to find them each day to make sure they were ok. Dora received daily pets and brushings plus treats and hairball medicine (which is her favorite treat!) Deedra maintained excellent communication with us throughout our 2 week vacation through texts, a couple of phone calls, and multiple pictures each day. On the first day our alarm system went off because we had forgotten to disarm it during the time of her visit. She called us right away, remained calm, and handled it very well, even able to joke about it as "testing our alarm" for us. (This was an in-home system, alerting us but not calling the police.) If you want a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet sitter, Deedra is the one to call. She gave us very reasonable rates, too!”

About: Hi! I’m a recently retired teacher from Pinellas County Schools and am excited to begin a new chapter caring for pets in my community. Animals have always been an important part of my life. I’ve had dogs for most of my life, and today I share my home with two wonderful cats. Living with both dogs and cats has given me an appreciation for their different personalities and needs, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with both. As a teacher, I built my career on being dependable, patient, organized, and trustworthy. Those same qualities make me a caring and reliable pet sitter. Advance notice is always appreciated, but I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when I’m available. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay on their normal routine. When caring for your pet, I will follow your instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and bedtime routines. About: My first job, at age 12, was pet sitting/dog walking. I've had pets my entire life ranging from dogs and cats to rodents, fish, and reptiles. I currently have 4 cats. I have experience with older dogs and cats as well kittens and puppies. I've also spent years working in customer service so no request will be too much. I have plenty of time for walks and playtime. I can keep up whatever routine your pet is used to. I live near a dog park and can take your pup if they like to play with other dogs If your dog doesn't like cats, my cats can easily be kept separate in my room. They spend most of their day sleeping in there anyway

About: My family has been talking care of neighbor’s and friendls dogs since kids were little. We love to take them for walks and dog parks. We have big fenced backyard with pool and pet friendly neighborhood and community. My daughter love’s training Bentley and new furry friends on obstacle course at Enterprise dog park. We have been taking care of puppies, and also senior dogs over the years. Your pet will become part of our family and will accompany us on all our adventures and daily activities. We are very active family and love to go to parks and spend time outside I also have bird. 21 years old Green cheek conure. Bentley is 2,5 years old 16p poodle and Shih Tzu mix. He always welcome new friend in our home. He likes to play with them and share his toys, treats and beds. I am a stay at home mom with two kids. 11 and 14. There is always someone at home. After dropping kids to school Bentley and I are on a walk or at the dog park. And there is lots of snuggles and scratches while at home. After kids get home from school there is always playtime with ball or chasing in the backyard. Kids love to train, play and snuggle with dogs. I have a pet friendly home with big backyard. My dog Bentley, 16p poodle mix, 2,5 years old is very friendly and always welcome new furry friends at our home.
