I've cared for cats and dogs all my life, but became a sole caregiver 24 years ago. I specialize in caring for pets with complex needs including subQ fluids, diabetes management and insulin injections, asthma inhaler/nebulizer treatments, and oral/injectable meds. I have a passion for TNR and have successfully rehomed/rehabilitated hundreds of foster dogs and cats. Three dogs and six cats have owned me, two of which lived over 20 years.

I currently have a large fenced yard and two indoor cats in Clearwater, FL. I prefer to care for pets in their home environments, but can be flexible. I do whatever I can to care for and make them feel at ease. To me, there's nothing better to earn than an animal's trust -- I understand each has its own traits and quirks.

Kristin took care of our kitties Poody and Ozzy while we were on a European cruise and we couldn’t have asked for anyone more dependable and compassionate! She sent detailed updates, great photos every day, brought in our mail and watered our new container gardens. We were at such ease knowing both kitties were being loved and our home was being checked on daily, while we were out of the country. Kristin loves animals and we will definitely use her again soon! 🩵
Absolutely wonderful. Gave great photos and updates on our cats, both of whom were very clearly well cared for when we returned. While both our cats are healthy at the moment, knowing Kristin could help with more severe issues if needed gave great peace of mind. Would absolutely trust her to watch them again.

Kristin was great! My animals loved her and she sent pics after every visit. When I returned home my kitten became ill (to no fault of Kristin’s) and she was awesome in letting me know what his behavior was on the last visit and then helping me figure out what could be bothering him - return urinary pair. She even provided a vet recommendation since she knew we were newer to the area. I will definitely use her again!’

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time from home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pups or cats. I have a flexible schedule and always put their needs ahead of mine.
