About: I've been around dogs since I was 10 years old and have always had a love for animals. I have a dog of my own, so I understand the care, patience, and attention they need every day. I've also cared for dogs for friends and family, including feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I'll treat every dog like they're part of my own family and make sure they receive plenty of love and care. Pet care fits very well into my routine. I'm currently finishing my BSN through an online program, which gives me a very flexible schedule. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and ages since I can remember. We had cats growing up and they were the light of my life. Every day I looked forward to coming home and knowing they would be there waiting for me to give them all the love. Starting in high school is when I began to get familiar with dogs as well. Neighbors, friends, and family have all taught me so much and then began relying on me to love and care for their fur babies. Which included anywhere from walking, feeding, grooming, and overall well-being. I've done quite a bit of house sitting recently and have no problem with cleaning when needed as well. I can promise you that your fur babies will be treated as if they are my own. Animals have a special place in my heart, they become more than pets, they become family and I intend to treat and care for them as such. I will be starting classes again soon, which are online so pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine. I'll be able to create a schedule that works well for school and being able to give the best attention I can to pet care. Currently I am able to care for pets at the client's home if it is for dogs. For cats special arrangements can be made for me to watch them here at my home. I have quite a bit of experience with house/pet sitting for current clients. Starting with a visit to the clients home to go over anything they would like to discuss, meeting the pets, and I also bring some questions of my own. To make sure I have all my bases covered. My main goal is to make sure the clients feel safe with me taking care of not only their pets but also their home. For cats here I have plenty of room for a cat to roam and play with plenty of sunlight and a cat box and food/water bowls if the client does not want to transport their own. We do have an older husky (incredibly friendly and quiet), but my room is on the second floor and has a door that I can shut to keep the downstairs (where our dog spends 99% of his time) closed off if your cat does not like dogs.
