“We’re so grateful to have Tiarra as our regular Rover sitter. She’s reliable, communicative, and we know our dogs love spending time with her because they’re always smiling in the photos she shares with us. Thank you for another great drop-in visit, Tiarra!”

“Alexandra is the most amazing dog sitter!! She was fantastic with my two labs on walks and playing with them and meal time! Her pictures of the girls are wonderful! She is my go to sitter!!”

“Brooke was great! My mother had passed away, on a Tuesday, funeral on Thursday ( was out of town), and Brooke was an angel to check up on the dogs on such short notice. Highly recommend Brooke.”

“Katherine did a great job taking care of my three cats. She did everything I asked and even sent me pictures of them. Her fee was very reasonable. I will use her to watch my cats again in the future if needed!”

About: Hi! I’m Wendy. I offer calm, reliable care for dogs and cats, including walks, drop ins, and overnight sitting. I focus on keeping your pet comfortable by sticking closely to their routine and giving them plenty of attention and care. I’m responsive, easy to reach, and happy to send updates while you’re away so you always feel connected. 🐕🦺🐈 I have a flexible schedule and am generally available throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I can adjust based on your pet’s needs and your schedule. ✨ I prioritize safety, routine, and clear communication to ensure pets feel secure and cared for, and I always make sure they get plenty of attention and affection.
About: Hi there! I’m Jamie — a lifelong animal lover and proud dog owner of three. I’ve had multiple dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a sweet senior, I treat every dog as part of my family. I can provide daily medication, as well as; have experience in administering fluid bags to my senior pup (RIP). Your fur family will be in loving hands while here. Over the years, I’ve babysat and cared for many friends’ and family members’ pets, making sure each one felt safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners were away. I’ve also had the joy of fostering puppies for a local rescue, helping them grow, learn, and find their forever homes. Those experiences taught me patience, trust-building, and how to adapt to every dog’s unique personality. I work from home, which means your pup will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I start my mornings early, so breakfast, and playtime can begin before most people are even up! This routine allows me to keep dogs on a steady schedule (if required) — with lots of opportunities for cuddles, and check-ins all day long. If your pup requires crating, I have crates available for use. 🐶 What You Can Expect When your dog stays with me, they’ll get: • Plenty of love, cuddles, and playtime • Regular potty breaks, and backyard play • Consistent updates and photos (as needed), so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and safe • A calm, caring environment where your dog is treated just like my own Whether your dog loves playtime, or simply lounging nearby while I work, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. You’ll also get regular updates and photos, so you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is happy and cared for. Caring for dogs isn’t just a hobby — it’s a part of who I am. Being home full-time gives me the perfect chance to share that love and provide reliable, attentive care to others’ pets. Every dog I meet becomes part of my extended “fur family”, and I treat them like my own from the moment they arrive. I can’t rescue them all, but I can help others in this way. Simply put — I love dogs! Being around them brings me joy, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I’m here to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away. Thank you for entrusting in me.
“This is the first time I’ve used a pet sitter instead of boarding my cat Cali as I felt she would be more comfortable in her own home. I came across the Rover website and booked a sitter close to my home. My cat has an automatic feeder for dry food as well as a water fountain. So, the only “services” I needed were to feed her wet food in the evening and clean the litter box. I met with my sitter, Amy, and explained how to access my home, where to dispose of litter etc. Amy did an excellent job and even went above and beyond to try and get a photo of Cali, who hides from strangers. Thai has been a great experience and I will definitely use Rover and Amy again.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals and currently care for two dogs and a cat of my own, so I’m very familiar with daily pet routines, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels and understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I’m dependable, patient, and excited to build experience as a Rover sitter while treating every pet like family. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat! I feed them breakfast and lunch every day as well as a little snack before bed time! I let them out to use the potty every hour or so to make sure they are always comfortable! I like to take my dogs on a walk around the neighborhood every day if not every other day! I also tend to take them to vet visits and grooming visits! Along with an occasional adventure to the dog park! I can easily crate your dogs or cats if needed! I also have many collars and leashes of all sizes, comfortable for all types of dogs and cats. I always have a few treats in my back pocket any time I sit animals to ensure I reward them for good behavior! I also like to keep puppy pads, poop bags, transportable water bowls, flashlights, puppy wipes, ect. To ensure your animals needs are always being maintained!
About: Tons of pet experience from family, friends and personal pets with the ability to form close connections and love for each and every pet! I have had over 7 different types of pets in my life. Currently, I am a full-time online student earning my degree. I do occasionally pet and baby sitting! I am flexible and have availability weekly. I would love to keep your pets at their home in the environment they are familiar with. I do have a fenced in yard and a pup myself.
About: I used to work for a pet boarding company for a few years where I was feeding, walking, supervising play between dogs, and cleaning their kennels/litter boxes. I have also taken care of friends and families pets while they were away! My aunt fosters cats and whenever she does, I’m always helping her out. My roommate has a cat, Casper, that I take care while she is in class or at work. I make sure to feed him, give him enough water, and obviously play with him! Your pets safety is my number one priority. Making sure they feel safe and comfortable with me in the home is a must. Ensuring they are securely leashed while outside, respecting their boundaries, and enclosing all food around them are a few ways I make sure pets are safe in your home.

“Emily was such a great sitter for our 4 pups! She dropped in to visit them twice while we were away for the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of dog behavior, and patient with our somewhat anxious puppies. We would definitely use her services again.”

“Rachel made me feel so at ease the whole time I was out of town! My cat looked so happy in the pictures she sent that I didn’t feel worried about her at all. I will absolutely be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Rachel!”

Oakbrook cat parents share their Rover experiences
Rachelle was amazing! Our fur babies loved her as soon as they met her and felt so comfortable. Rachelle went above and beyond taking care of our two dogs and cat while we were on vacation for a week. Constant communication and tons of pictures and videos put us at ease. We will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her services and care! Thanks Rachelle!
