About: Growing up I had a dog named Zak that I loved with my whole heart. I would also walk my friend’s dog for them occasionally and take her to the park. I have also cared for many stray cats that came into my area, even helping one give birth to four healthy kittens! I absolutely adore animals and would love to make sure your pet has a great time while in my care. I am currently a college student taking morning classes, as well as a part time job on weekends. I am mainly available more towards afternoons. I will make sure your pets needs are all taken care of, and I will love them as if they were my own! Each pet is different and I intend on learning exactly how to keep your pet happy and healthy.

About: Hey there, my name is Sonia! I’m a lifelong animal lover who understands that furry friends are family. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust; I treat every pet with the same love, kindness, and patience I would give my own. I’ve grown up around all type of animals, from fishes to horses, and have two of my own that I adore! I’ve been volunteering at the animal shelter for the past 8 years so I’ve been able to care for cats and dogs of all different ages and personalities, from young energetic fluff balls to senior cuties who appreciate extra time and TLC. Whether your baby loves long walks, playing fetch, couch cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I’m more than happy to tailor my care to their routine/personality! I am currently studying for my LSAT. I dedicate weekday morning to my studies, but am pretty flexible with my schedule depending on your pets needs! I’m unable to provide pet care in my home, but more than happy to accommodate your needs in the environment your fur baby is comfortable in!

As it was Ivy's first time with Sam, Sam took her time to answer all of the questions I had about her care, and made sure to ask about any of Ivy's preferences and mine. Looking for someone to help crate and potty train Ivy, as I work long hours during the day and Ivy has just been rescued. Sam was very patient and open to include training into Ivy's schedule. Ivy's very excited to see Sam again!”

About: Throughout my experience with pet care I have learned that each fluff has their own quirky personality. And every pet I have cared for are very loving and sweet making the experience amazing and silly. While playing with them I get to see how happy they are even if it is just belly rubs. Being able to fill each family with a sense of ease while they’re away from they’re loved fluffs is what I provide. I am normally available on short notice unless I have given you my schedule beforehand. My schedule is Monday through Sunday and hours will be posted as well according to the week or month. I offer drop-ins throughout the day and walking your cute furries as well. I look forward to hearing from you!

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
