“Lauren and her family took great care of Roxy. She sent us updates and it gave us so much relief as we were worrying about our baby. We’ll definitely use her again when we’re in the area”

“My 18 month old puppy lives alone with me and is not used to being without me. But she enjoys being in Brandi's comfortable home with other doggo friends. This visit, Maya was little anxious when I dropped her off. Brandi called me to ask if it was OK for her to get her a "Puppachino". Brandi sent me photos of how happy Maya was after her treat and then she settled in famously. This was our 4th visit to Brandi's home and the added bonus is ....her family. Her entire family showers Maya and all guests with love and attention. Priceless and much appreciated! I wouldn't leave Maya anywhere else.”

“We love having our pup stay with Heather! He’s an elderly pup so seeing him get excited on the ride to her place is wonderful because he knows he's going to have a great time. He loves being there so much and we always know our quirky old dog is absolutely in excellent hands. As always, Heather provided an exceptional level of care and compassion throughout the entire duration of my pup's stay. My dog's physical and emotional well-being were clearly prioritized as he was taken for lots of leisurely walks and spent so much time being pet and cuddled. I know he thoroughly enjoyed his stay, as he returned home visibly content, relaxed and generally very happy.”

“Catherine saved us with a last minute request to care for our dog. We were on vacation and our previously booked Rover reservation had to cancel last minute. Catherine was caring and a great communicator. We will definitely use her again!”

“Natalia took such great care of our young Aussie. She was so easy to schedule with and very responsive. She took our girls special needs in stride. The pictures she sent during our trip were gorgeous. We will absolutely hope to book with Natalia again the next time we travel and can’t take our pup with us.”

“Our XL dog had a wonderful stay. He was so well cared for and I loved that he got to spend his vacation with three kiddos as well. Such a wonderful family! Very grateful that they took him in as their own for our little getaway!!”

“My dog, Lily, had a wonderful overnight stay with Kyle and family. She seemed at ease and well cared for. Kyle was very responsive and willing to accommodate any of my requests to help Lily feel at home. Look forward to calling upon Kyle again!”

“It started out as a week stay with Bernadette, but I had an emergency and needed to extend a week, then I needed to go in for an emergency surgery- so I needed her help for another week. Three weeks from the day I dropped off my doggie and She helped me with something that could have been extremely difficult. I am so grateful for Bernadette. She is an animal person and it shows. Thank you so much and Happy New Year.”

“Donna And Nickolas was so heart warming and very accommodating as I had to change times a few hours later than I expected. They were relaxed and inviting. Lucky had a sweet chill time. They made her feel comfortable to sleep in their room. Thank you Donna and Nickolas!!”

“Crystal was excellent in every way. We loved all the pictures that she sent us. Riley clearly had a wonderful time and I am sure he is missing his dog friends! He came home happy and tired from all of the play.”

“We are so happy to have found Caitlin! She was so considerate, accommodating and communicative and took such good care of our pup. Our dog Stevie seemed to love it there, and even got a good hike with her new friend Tucker. Will definitely be a repeat visitor :)”

“First time using Rover for my toy poodle, Kona. Melissa exceeded my expectations and I can tell from the pictures she sent of Kona that he really enjoyed his time with her. My sweet dog was abused before I knew him and I warned Melissa that he might not want to eat for a few days. I was very grateful for the kindness and support she gave him and he was able to eat his dinner on his second day with her. I look forward to using her services again.”

About: Experienced pet sitter. Experience with reactive dogs. Happy to give your dog extra care and attention. Fenced in front and back yard. Must be okay with another friendly dog in the home. I typically do a morning walk after breakfast, and a nighttime walk after dinner. If a dog is staying with me, I usually avoid middle of the day walks as the pavement outside can get hot on warmer days. However I do have a fenced in yard and a deck, which is cooler in the middle of the day if they would like to explore. I have a fenced in yard, and a metal crate is your dog is used to crate training. I have a 5 year old lab/ Shepard mix who loves to play, but could also keep him separated if requested. I have plenty of toys but you are also welcome to bring any toys with you, put they may get lost under our deck! Dogs are welcome on the furniture and just about anywhere as long as they are properly trained not to potty on furniture!

“My dogs seemed to have a great time staying with Veronica and her husband! One of my dogs requires heart medication and eye drops multiple times a day and Veronica was able to handle that no problem. In fact, she inquired about some extra medication that was in my doggy’s overnight bag to make sure she didn’t miss anything. I like that attention to detail! Veronica provided updates and pictures of the doggies’ stay which we appreciated. I would recommend and trust Veronica as a responsible dog sitter ?”

“Christina provided excellent care for my 2 month old pup. I liked that she sent me pictures of him daily. She was very responsive over text message. I highly recommend Christina.”

About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

“Leslie was a wonderful sitter for Lola. We have used her twice and she will continue to be our go-to whenever we're in Guernville. She has a great house perfect for dogs and she was incredibly easy going. Would highly recommend!”

Marti F.
“I have trusted Marti with my dog for over 5 years. When I travel, I know that my pup is in good hands, and my routine I have with my dog will continue to be respected. When I come back, my dog is not exhausted like he was when I used to board him. This shows that he was well taken care of, and not stressed. My pup also eats at Marti’s, when he didn’t eat at his boarding kennel. I have nothing but good things to say about Marti as a sitter.”
