“Stormy was amazing! I was feeling super unwell and had been ER, and at night did not have the energy to walk my 80lb malinois/gsd mix. Despite it being a last minute request, she responded very promptly, was friendly and professional, and arrived early for her visit as well! Both my dogs can be super crazy but she was extremely patient the whole time, and my dog just adored her, and definitely seemed like she had a good time! I am so grateful to her for helping me out while I was struggling. Thank you again stormy!”

5. Brittney M.
About: Hi, I'm Brittney! I am new to Rover, but not new to pet sitting! I grew up with dogs in the house since I was a toddler. Now I have the privilege to have dogs and cats grow up in my house. I have 2 large dogs and 2 cats and would love to care for your fur-baby! I was entrusted with having the responsibility of taking care of our pets since I was a young teenager. This meant, I was responsible for feeding, bathing, and walking them on a regular basis. I love spending time with my pets in my back yard on beautiful days and taking the dogs out for walks. I have the ability to decide what my work schedule will look like from day-to-day, which provides me the flexibility to adjust my hours as needed to care for your pet(s). I would love to care for your pet(s) in your home because they are familiar and comfortable with the environment. I will follow all instructions provided as gaining your trust in safely caring for your fur baby is extremely important to me.
6. Jeremiah H.
“The Client is to walk Bella an hour , but sometimes it is 10–15 minutes longer. He is great with her. He is strong enough to handle a 115lb dog that is not easy to walk. He is training her also to be better on a leash. He is great with her and cares for her. He is great—suggest anyone to use him. He would be great for dog watching too.”
7. Lisa V.
“Great!”
8. Sara R.
“Sara was fantastic! She was very communicative and thoughtful. She wrote detailed updates on how her visit with Rip went and sent many photos. I think my dog had a great time with Sara.”
9. Amber Y.
“Awesome dog walker and sitter. Took such good care of my doggies and always kept me updated and sent plenty of fotos. Would definitely recommend her and will always use her as my number one choice?”
10. Odalys H.
“Odalys has been such a blessing to my dogs and me this week. She went above and beyond to make sure both of my dogs were comfortable before, during and after their walks. She turned on relaxing videos for my old man with anxiety, cleaned the dog mat where they eat and drink, and even picked up a mess my puppy made. As I transition back to San Antonio, I am comforted (and I know my dogs are too) that we found Odalys.”
11. Claudia M.
“Claudia was punctual and very sweet! My pup came back exhausted and ready for a nap! I will definitely be booking more walks with her when I need some time alone to get stuff done! Thank you!!”
12. Cordelia N.
“Having known Cordelia for many years now, I can attest to her commitment, affection, and love for all pets. She is a nurturing mother to her Beagle, Ellie Mae, who enjoys frequent walks around her neighborhood as well as leisure playtime around Cordelia’s home. In addition to her Beagle, Cordelia has had the privilege of caring for her former dog, Maggie, until her death about 10 years ago. It is through these personal experiences with pets that make Cordelia an outstanding petsitter candidate. I have no doubt that she will be successful in this role, as she always is in any role she comes into.”
13. Joe D.
“Joe had great communication leading up to our appointment, arrived promptly for our walk and was very affable, professional and patient with my nervous dog. He was a great fit for us and I would not hesitate to book him again.”
14. Amethyst E.
“I couldn't think of a better person to care for my pets. Amethyst is caring, responsible, dependable and loving. She is so good with animals. She has several of her own and I know my dogs and cats are safe when in her care. I don't have worry when she is taking care of them.”
15. Alyssa B.
“Alyssa cared for my two cats while my husband and I were out of the country for 2 weeks and I never had to worry once while they were in her care! She visited our home daily to ensure they had a clean litter box, food in their feeder, clean water, and most importantly, to keep them company while we were away. She also sent daily photos and updates to give us peace of mind which was greatly appreciated! Alyssa’s love for animals is evident and she’s proven to be a trusted caretaker for our cats and all pets. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter!”
16. Ericka H.
“Hey Rover folks. I was asked by Erika, our former dog sitter, to write a review for her ans I couldn’t be happier to do so. We met while she was working at our local pet store in Wisconsin. We had just moved from Chicago with our 4 dogs (2 Shepherd, 1 Pitt and 1 Black Lab Mix) and out 8 month old daughter. We are a busy household (we had the second baby while living there). After talking to her about our situation and knowing that we would need to go back and forth to Chicago plus random vacations she mentioned that she did house sitting. I should add a side note here: I owned and operated a dog walking/boarding business in Chicago for 15 years called WhatUpDawg. We had her come over to meet the dogs and never looked back. In the 2.5 years we lived in Wisconsin whenever we would leave town, at least 4-6 times a year usually 4-9 days at a time, Erika stayed with our pups. She was just great. In my experience the thing you want, as a pet parent on vacation, is to not worry to feel certain that your pets are being well taken care of and loved, Erika provided us with this certainty without fail. We simply love her. It was one of the sadder things for us when we moved away, knowing that we would t have her to keep our other babies happy. The basic stuff, she is extremely reliable. Dependable. Honest. Loving. Caring. In our book she is great. I hope that this helps you in deciding to use her with your service. You have chosen very well. We love her. Herb and Lori Moore”
17. Cathy H.
“Cathy is awesome! She loves animals and they love her. She’s very reliable and trustworthy. Whether it’s making sure the dogs are fed, get their potty breaks, need some snuggles or need their meds, she’s on it. She takes excellent care of her own dog so I know mine are in good hands with her. She’s also great with cats - I’ve never known anyone else who can get a cat to like belly rubs but she did!”
18. Melisa H.
“Melisa looked after Jessica Cruz's pets & home - I have known Melisa for years. She has been an incredible gift to my family, and my frenchie Molly. Melisa goes well beyond the call of friendship and dog sitter on a number of occasions. I have found her to be a rare person - always thoughtful, caring and giving a hundred and ten percent on everything. Molly loves her evening walks with Melisa.”

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and love caring for all animals. I am in the process of setting up my schooling at Carrington College to become a Veterinary Assistant. I have one dog and when my sister needs help at her house with her dogs or even on my free time I head right over there and help her with walking them, bathing and playing with them. I just want to be able to show clients that I am a hard working individual that they can rely on to treat your pet with the upmost respect. I am a very active person and I love taking dogs on walks. I just hope I can show you how hard working I am!

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs and cats and I love spending type with every single one of them because they all have their little personalities that I just absolutely adore. I also have 2 chihuahuas of my own and 1 cat. I’ve taken care of my neighbors dogs, as well as my aunts, best friend, and co worker. They’ve all enjoyed my services and their pets always love me and my energy. I am currently a part time student, with plenty of extra time on my hands. I will provide all the attention your pets need at any time. I have two inside dogs that I do walk daily. I make sure to have them on a leash, I make sure to include poop bags, water and any extra equipment I need for our afternoon walks. When I do let them go to the backyard I make sure the fence is closed and I do stay out there to just keep an eye on them since they are chihuahuas and are pretty small.
