4. Betty G.

“Rowdy and Joey were will cared for at Betty's She has a great system by allowing our boys to get familiar with smells in her double fenced back yard. They sniffed around and marked their little hearts out and then got to meet the rest of the crew. Her own pups were sweet and adorable. We got to watch everyone 'do the hand-shake' before going into the house. Her home is clean and well organized. Rooms are gated so that all the critters are always contained and safe. The boys were there from 830am till 530pm. They were happy and exhausted. We'll be back next time we're in the area. Betty is a gem. Knowing she has two disabled dogs made us realize that this is a person who truly cares for animals.”

5. Christina S.

“Christina was amazing! She gauges the dogs needs very well and I feel our pups were happier when we came back than when we dropped them off! Definitely use her, she will not disappoint.”

I highly recommend Kimberlee and her family and definitely will use them again!!”

About: I have a two dogs and a cat. I've fostered for different rescues in the area and can provide references upon request. We've had every type of pup here and haven't ever had to turn one away. I have areas separated by gates for our cat friends to feel secure and rest if needed. I have two litter boxes, one on each level. My pup is Ollie, a yellow lab born around 2014. He was a rescue from Homeward Bound animal shelter and is the best boy! Paddy (Padfoot), my Labradooodle was born around 2021 and has such a sweet disposition! He was also adopted from Homeward Bound. I've also fostered dogs through SBARC and for Homeward bound. I love helping our furry friends feel comfortable and loved.

“Took good care of Harvey.”

16. Yuliya W.
“Some people are dog friendly other people are dog people. I've had dogs all of my adult life and I pride myself on being able to tell the difference. Julie Neva is a dog person dogs respond to her and she responds to them. Her Facebook posts are littered with pictures of her dog and it's rare to have a conversation with her that doesn't include a little conversation about our dogs much the same as most parents have updating each other about their children. I can only think of about a half a dozen people in my social network that I would feel comfortable looking after my dog without the lengthy ramp up and explanation that I would feel compelled to have with most people. Julie is one of them I highly recommend her for this kind of work.”

17. Katherine A.

“We were very pleased with the care our beagle received. Her back yard is fenced which allowed Spencer to be outside without a leash, which he loves. Will use her again, absolutely!”

18. Kelsey P.
“Ever since I have known Kelsey, she has been surrounded by dogs, cats and horses. Her family volunteered in a non- kill animal shelter and they fostered both dogs and cats for her entire childhood and into her adult years. She is comfortable with many breeds and knowledgeable about animal behavior. She did 4-H dog obedience and received grand champion with one of the foster dogs she cared for. She also worked at a vet office helping with the kennels and during the office visits. She spent her entire life riding and caring for horses on the family's property. She spent 10 years showing horses. Her love for animals is evident when she spends time with them, and they seem to instantly warm up to her. I highly recommend Kelsey to care for your animals.”

19. Desmond D.

“Desmond was awesome. He was nice and reassuring, so I felt really comfortable leaving my dog with him and his family. His two dogs were super sweet and welcoming! I will definitely seek Desmond out again!”

20. Kiana O.
About: I've always taken care of dogs. I've had dogs since I was born and have cared for many different types. I've watched over several of my neighbor's dogs. This included taking care of senior dogs and puppies. I have two dogs of my own, one older and one younger. My family has always been open to watching dogs, feeding, walking, and house sitting while families are away. We've fostered puppies as well as having our own litter. Needless to say, I'm open to any dog and love to watch them and meet a new personality. I'm a college student-athlete. I'm very active, so I love taking dogs out for walks or runs. I'm usually only busy with workouts and live at home. It's easy for me to change up my schedule. I am very comfortable going to your home to take care of your pup where they are comfortable. I also am comfortable bringing them to my house as we have two friendly chocolate labs who love meeting new dogs. We have a fenced in back yard, with a doggy door so they can go out whenever they want.
