About: I have been in the pet industry for 15+ years including veterinary, retail and boarding. I also did house and pet sitting for a good friend of mine many times. I have worked in the petcare industry for more that 15 years. Most of it as a retail manager. I've done veterinary and boarding jobs also. I'm ready to basically become my own boss and do what I really love. I am still a part-time retail worker and full-time homemaker but would love to include your pets in my everyday activities! I have fur babies and scale babies of my own. This includes 1 dog, 3 cats, 2 tree frogs, 2 leopard geckos, 1 hamster and multiple fish. They are not only my hobby but part of my family. My dog and cats are allowed on furniture so they can cuddle with us.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, and even foster pets who stayed with us until they found their forever homes. This lifelong experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to adapt to each pet’s unique personality. I’m especially comfortable with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra care and gentleness. What sets me apart is not just my love for animals, but my hands-on experience with fostering and helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in new environments. I recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia and will be starting college this Fall ('25) at Virginia Western Community College. I currently at home with my parents in Goodview, VA. I'm open every weekend and on holidays. I can also drop in for care visits and walks in the late afternoon during some weekdays. I currently have two dogs of my own, and they’re truly part of the family. At home, I make sure they get plenty of walks, outdoor playtime, and lots of attention. I always follow the same approach with pets I’m caring for—making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for just like my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I pay close attention to their needs and routines.

About: I've taken care of cats all my life and dogs from time to time. From back when I was a teen at home with our family cat to my own Tuxedo Kiwi I've been caring for cats all my life. I have a deep understanding of cat body language, respecting their boundaries, and providing the attention and care they need. I work from home as a software developer and am looking for something to break up my day between calls and project tasks. Being a remote worker means I don't get much excitement day to day. Let me change up my day to day by helping you out with your pets! I live in my own home with plenty of space for walks, trails nearby for exploring, and an open and clean home for time away from the sun.

About: i’ve taken care of pets for lots of friends and family, along with neighbors! I also have grew up with cats and have two of my own! I worked a vet clinic taking care of the pets in boarding to! I have tons of years of experience! :) I stay home full time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your babies and play/love on them! About: Animals are my passion! I have experience with giving medication to animals, dealing with anxious animals, and other maintenance concerns regarding your furry friend(s). I will treat your pets and animals as if they were my own, so there is no need to look any further! :) I am currently going to school, but I am able to commute on days other than Monday and Wednesday during the fall 2025 semester. I would appreciate listing any medications that you animals may need and when those ought to be given to them. While I cannot provide my own home for your animals getaway, I would love to make your animals feel like they are not far from home while you're away. If you leave explicit instructions regarding what you would like me to do while in your residence, you can trust that they will be followed and respected.

About: From an early age, I've taken care of animals small-to-large, parrots-to-malamutes and I believe they're all special, giving us an endless quality of life 💓. Making time for ani-fam is never an inconvenience because it is a practice of fulfilling a pet's needs. ☺️ It also helps to fulfill my self-care/ spiritual health needs by nurturing another living being. Our two family cats are fed early in the am/pm, plenty of (consensual) belly rubs, a daily lil' treat, playtime and plenty of nap time as well as personal space, as they see fit. We also share the past-time of birdwatching in the countryside. ✨ When it comes to your pet and your home, I am dedicated to respecting your pet's dietary restrictions, physical "play" needs, and always approaching with love and respect, as I will be the guest in their/your home. Between a strict regimen or low-maintenance regimen for your animal, I would require meeting with you/them in your space beforehand to make sure I get a thorough briefing. I also believe this helps with introductory bonding, showing I am a safe person to trust, and not cause unwanted stress on your pet.

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. I now own 2 cats and a guinea pig (thanks to my son!). I have a calm, friendly tabby and a wild, energetic Bengal. I have experience with a variety of felines. I also have experience with pets who may need medication. I have previously cared for a diabetic cat. I have a pretty flexible and accommodating schedule. I am available for potty walks throughout the day and multiple feedings/check ins as they are needed. Due to rental restrictions I am unable to keep pets in my home, but am happy to visit your pet in their comfortable safe space.

About: My childhood was filled of all kinds of pets and pups. My whole life I've always had at least 3 fury babies in my life. I was intrigued by how intelligent our pets are so I began to work with them. I'm very good with all kinds of training from pups, teens, to our grandparent's. I've trained dogs for a couple of friends as well as my grandma's farm dogs ( Great Pyrenees). Today I have four babies and they are all well trained. About: As the daughter of a groomer, I have been around dogs since I was a child. I have seen a variety of different sizes and breeds over the years, and have experienced many different temperaments as well. I am a dog lover in all aspects, I have 5 dogs of my own, big and small, and they are my children. My goal is to provide you with relief and peace of mind that your dogs are in good hands as I have taken care of dogs since I was around 9 years old. I have experience administering medications, topical creams, and proper grooming (thanks Mom!) to many different dogs and understand that all are different and special in their own way! Additionally, I have worked on a farm on and off during my youth, so I have experience working with large animals and small animals and birds too! I am a college student studying at Virginia Tech, so pet care has always been my full time job during the summers! I do have a part time job right now, but my boss is knowledgeable of my passion for animals and allows me to create my work schedule around my animal schedule!
