About: I have years of experience in farm sitting. All of high school I dog sat for many people in my hometown. My family has much experience in the dog world, they used to be breeders of hunting dogs. I am currently a student at CSU and have a lot of free time outside of class, so this job is a perfect fit. I have plenty of time to stay overnight and care for the dog, but I am coming home to Peoria for the summer! I have three dogs at home that are my life. I can easily take dogs for walks, crate them, give medications, and etc. My grandparents used to breed hunting dogs, so I have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life.

About: I have been taking care of my pets on my own since I was 14 years old. My boyfriend and I currently have a 5 year old boxer/pit bull mix, a 2 year old yellow lab, a 2 year old grey short haired cat, and a 6 month old black and white short haired kitten. I have been surrounded by pets of all kind since a young age including ferrets, rabbits, cats, dogs, bearded dragons, and more! I also have my own service dog so I am highly trained in commanding dogs who are well trained. I currently work full time at a school as a 1:1 for students with autism and behavioral issues. I work 8am-3pm M-F and am free outside of those hours :) I try my hardest to cater the care that I give to your pet based on your needs. Communication is key as it helps me better care for your pet.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have two cats and two dogs, but have had other animals in the past. I have taken care of animals in every way including a special needs cat who had diabetes, he needed insulin injections and blood sugar checks. I am a full time student at ISU. I have a very flexible schedule as I have at most two classes on two days of the week, one class two days of the week, and no classes the rest of the time. I have had cats most of my life, and am very accustomed to playing with cats, feeding schedules, litter cleanup, brushing, and nail clipping. I am very patient with a cat’s personality as I have rescued a mama cat and her kittens, and understand it can take some time for a kitty to get comfortable with new people or environment.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid and have had dogs in my family since I was six years old, so taking care of pets has always been a normal part of my life. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to pet sitter in my neighborhood and have handled up to five animals at a time, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, cleaning up, and giving medications when needed. I’ve also taken care of puppies, including handling a full week of puppy care on my own, so I understand the extra patience and attention they need. I treat every pet like it’s my own, take responsibility seriously, and make sure owners can relax knowing their animals are safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention. Pet care fits naturally into my routine and is something I genuinely enjoy making time for. I work full-time from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but I’m available after work every day for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and check-ins. I’m also able to do overnight stays as long as they fit into my schedule. I plan my days around responsibilities and commitments, and when I’m caring for someone’s pet, they become a real priority—not an afterthought. I enjoy building my routine around animals and making sure they get attention, exercise, and consistent care. I take trust and safety very seriously because I know pets are family. I carefully follow all instructions, whether it’s feeding schedules, medications, walks, or house rules. I always keep a close eye on each pet’s behavior and needs and make sure they’re in a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I’m careful about doors, gates, and home security, and I never take unnecessary risks. I also send photos and updates during each visit or stay so owners can see their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. I treat every home with respect and every pet like my own, and my goal is always for owners to feel completely comfortable and stress-free while they’re away.
