“When you are truly a dedicated mom as I am to adorable fur babies, you take every precaution necessary to secure their safety, comfort and care when scheduling boarding appointments. A few times a year my travel is often unexpected. Given this to be the situation, I found it necessary to find the best sitter suited to care for my babies. Sebastian and Phantom are priorities in my life and I will not leave them with just any sitter. This means reading through hundreds of reviews and finally narrowing the search down to the top five. This weekend, I travel out of town and actually forgot to make reservations for the boys as things became a little hectic. Considering that I only had a couple of days before traveling, I reached out to their regular sitter and unfortunately, she was completely booked for Christmas. Now, I had to find a new sitter which encompassed reading lots of reviews and finally I located Rosa and Ryan on Rover.com. We decided on a meet and greet, two days before the planned boarding and my boys could not wait to get inside their home. Sebastian and Phantom greeted Rosa, Ryan and their two little boys as if they had met before. Typically, my boys do not warm up so quickly to strangers. That first impression is the best for me. Our meet and greet was warm and welcoming and both assured me that my babies will be in great care. They are pet lovers and will give my fur babies the same love they give their own as well as all visiting pets. I’m impressed with their order of operation in maintaining an impressive daily log for food distribution, administering medication if applicable, outside breaks, pet habits, pet characteristics, emergency contact numbers, and or medical emergency contact for Veterinary. My boys stayed with Rosa and Ryan for 3 days, and I received several photos a couple of times a day. This made me happy to see them actively engaged in Funtime with other fur babies. Rosa and Ryan are also pet owners and it was very obvious to me that their fur babies are happy, friendly and eager to meet new friends. They have ample space in their home to care for several pets and an oversized backyard for the dogs to run and play. Their home and backyard are nice and clean which are always deciding factors for me. Rosa/Ryan, thank you so much for taking very good care of my fur babies! I HIGHLY recommend Rosa and Ryan to care for your fur babies!”
