“I can’t say enough positive things about Jessica. She was prompt, thorough, super communicative, and made my cats comfortable right away — including my skittish one. She’s a pet whisperer! So grateful to have found her.”

About: One of my first jobs was working at a popular local doggie daycare, where I cared for groups of 10–15 dogs of all ages and sizes on my own for three years. During that time I also provided services on Rover and house sitting for family and friends. I have hands-on experience supervising play, monitoring behavior, ensuring dogs stay hydrated, and maintaining clean, safe play areas. This experience taught me to understand each dog’s unique personality and needs, which helps me provide attentive and personalized care 🐶 Hi! I’m Danielle — I’m 28 and was born and raised in beautiful Plymouth. I’m a licensed traveling esthetician and currently in school for nursing. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and animals have always held a special place in my heart. When I’m not traveling across the U.S. for work, there’s nothing I love more than spending time caring for your furry family members and I’m excited to become a trusted friend for both you and your pet 🐾 When caring for your pet in your home, I respect your space and follow your care instructions to keep things consistent and stress-free. My goal is to provide loving, attentive care so you can feel confident your furry friend is safe and happy

About: I grew up with a Boxer in the family so I am familiar with caring and loving for my own pup. Unfortunately, I never owned another dog after her, but would love to meet more pups! I am around dogs constantly as I work with families in their homes so I am definitely comfortable being around them! I currently work a full time job, but would love to come take care of your furry babies. I would be willing to drop in before work, but definitely would have more flexibility when I get out! I would also be available on weekends. I know first hand what it’s like to miss your pet. I would be so happy to send you MANY pictures of your furry baby and let you know what they’ve been up to. I will provide any cuddles and pets that they are comfortable with and of course provide some play time!

“I am so very thankful we found Rachel! She was able to watch our cat on short notice and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. She kept us updated by sending lots of pictures of our Harriet and was able to keep us informed on their interaction. Harriet can be quite shy but she warmed up to Rachel in no time. We felt at ease knowing she was in her own surroundings and not cooped up at her regular boarding and we will definitely be using Rachel again!”

“Kerry was very communicative and reliable as usual. I don’t have to worry about my kitties when I’m away because I know Kerry gives them all the love and care they need! I will be happy to hire her again in the future!”

About: I have had dogs since I was 8! I am experience with rescues and strays and the ones that need just a little extra love! I also have proffesional dog walking and sitting experience! I’m currently working part time and taking an online class over the summer so I have tons of time to watch after your furry family members whenever need be! I have dogs myself so I prefer to not take care of your dogs in my home! I prefer to go to clients home or dog walking etc!

“Linda watched our cat, Maka, while we were out of town this past weekend. She was a sweetheart and went over and beyond to make sure Maka was taken care of, sending plenty of pics and videos each time she visited. Very appreciated!”

About: I’ve always loved animals. I have experience with dogs with disabilities and all different personalities. I got my first dog as an adult in 2022, but unfortunately after just a year and a half of having her, she had a stroke which cause her to lose function of her back half. This meant that I quickly had to become her care giver, so for 2 years we helped her walk and expressed her bladder and bowels. After she passed, I made a promise that I would help rescue dogs in her honor. I started volunteering at an animal rescue where I walk 8+ dogs per shift, dealing with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I also foster for the rescue and give dogs a temporary home while they search for their forever home. With all my time working with my own dogs and at the rescue, I’ve learned a lot about training dogs. I have experience using a prong collar, training puppies, and I’m a strong believer in positive reinforcement with treats! If your dog stays with me, please know they will be loved and cared for like they are my own. I currently work full time but often work weekends so I have some week days available as well as evenings. I also have my own dog and 2 cats. I have a fenced in yard, multiple sized crates of needed, and plenty of gates to make sure the pets are safe and secure. If I’m watching your pet in your home, I will follow exactly what routine you follow so that your pets feel comfortable and like nothing has changed.

About: Hi! My name is Abby and I have been watching pets since I was a kid! My uncle next door had a dog who had 3 litters of the golden retriever mixes. I helped him raise and take care of them. In college, I was a nanny for a family with a lab and black cat. When they were out of town I took care of their pets. I nannied for a second family a few years later and babysat their golden retriever, bunny, and 2 persian cats when they would go on vacation as well. At times I would also babysit my sister’s chihuahua mix overnight. I had two cats for about 10 years.I also own three sugar gliders. I just adopted a miniature pincher mix, she is the friendliest dog and gets along with any dog or person. Pets and children are my specialty. I love all animals even if I am allergic to most of them :). I work from home mon-fri 7am-3pm. My dog gets me out of the house and if she has a friend to walk with or visit, it would be a fun playdate for her as well! I have given meds to both my cats since they are seniors. My sister’s dog had pills she had to take as well, which i would do when i babysat her. I am pretty easy going with what i need to do for who ever asks me to watch their pets because I care about what they need. I am the girl at a friends house playing with their cat and dog most of the time.

About: Your pets safety and happiness is my top priority. I have experience working in multiple doggy daycares, volunteering at a cat shelter, and pet sitting for friends and family. I am familiar with all types of breeds, big & small, energetic, couch potato, reactive and non reactive. Helping animals has always been a great passion of mine and I strive for new challenges to face. I currently work PT as a Dietary Aid making my schedule very limited monday’s, thursdays and every other weekends. I have more availability on the other days of the week, (walks, drop in visits, and overnight care). Dogs tend to be more comfortable in their own homes so I provide those services to ensure the happiness and safety of all. For every visit, I bring a pet first aid kit, extra leashes, towels, treats, water/water bowls, tick removal kit, pooper scooper, etc. Your pet will receive the spoiled treatment with me!

About: From a young age, I’ve always loved animals, particularly cats and dogs. I’ve gained a wealth of experience caring for them throughout the years, learning about their needs, and providing the best care possible. Currently, I have a Beagle girl named Cora, who brings so much joy to my life. My experiences with cats and dogs have made me a compassionate and attentive caregiver, dedicated to ensuring every pet I care for is happy, healthy, and well-loved. As an empty nester with both of my boys now in college, I have a lot of time on my hands and a flexible schedule. I am available during most weekdays and some weekends, offering drop in visits for pets in the towns of Kingston and Duxbury, Massachusetts. I currently offer drop-in visits at your pet's home, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need while you're away. I do not provide boarding services or overnight care, as my focus is on providing personalized care in the comfort of your pet's environment. This allows me to give your pet the attention they deserve without the stress of a new setting.

About: I have helped train my own dogs. I dog sit for a handful of families. I walk, feed, and play with the dogs. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. I go to college but I am currently home for the summer. I do have some weeks already booked for pet sitting but I am mostly available everyday. I can work in any environment at your home. I can walk them outside and play with them outside and also inside if that works with you. I can feed them and give them lots of love and pets! I’ve been working with animals for about 3 years now.

About: Zeus is looking forward to meeting new friends and inviting them to come stay at his house. Zeus is a 1.5 year old puppy with a lot of energy. Zeus also likes to go to the dog park for extra running and playing. We would love for your dog to join us as well. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a medium size back yard, soon to be fenced in. I work from home occasionally and will be available to provide attention and care to your pup. I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and cannot imagine not having an animal in the house. We give lots of belly rubs and ear scratches. We also have a 7 year old cat, so we hope your dog loves cats too. I am available for short term or long term visits as well as last minute bookings. Why I love dog sitting We have both been lovers of animals since childhood. A house is not a home until a four-legged fur ball lives there. Meet my pets Tiger - Cat About my yard We have a medium sized backyard, plus some good running space on the side of the house (which is perfect size for throwing tennis balls). Alexis P.
“Alexis is an exceptional pet sitter! My cats absolutely love when Miss Alexis comes over. I never have to worry about my fur babies while I'm away because I know they're in the best hands. She takes such wonderful care of them, and her kindness and patience truly stand out—especially with my timid cat, Lucy. Lucy rarely comes out of hiding for anyone, but she happily greets Alexis, which speaks volumes about the trust she’s built. Alexis consistently keeps us updated with photos, quickly communicates any concerns, and genuinely cares for our cats as if they were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable, compassionate pet sitter!”

Stephanie C.

“I am Stephanie's aunt. I live in Massachusetts. Steph moved to NC almost 2 years ago. She always wanted a dog and she has the best one for her new life in NC. She has taken up hiking and Zeus has gone with her also. She treats Zeus the same way I treat my dogs..... Just like our children! They ARE our children. Stephanie took Zeus to training, which as most dog owners realize, the training is for us too. (Maybe more so).steph takes great pride in being Zeus' mom. So when she goes on a vacation she wants him to be very well taken care of. I hope this helps ! Mary :)”
North Carver cat parents share their Rover experiences
Taylor is truly the best. It is a good feeling to be able to leave and know the cats and the house will be watched over while we are away. We couldn't do it without her. She takes care of their food, the kitty litter and spends time with them. She really gives them extra attention and that's what makes me feel like they are in good hands when we are away. She also brings in the mail and packages, and always remembers to hide plastic packaging because one of our cat eats plastic. This attention to details sets her apart. She also lets me know about power outages and resets the Internet so that the heat can work. We are truly grateful for Taylor!
