About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life—growing up in a pet-loving home taught me how to care for animals with love and patience. I’ve also volunteered at the humane society, where I gained hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for family, friends, and coworkers, providing everything from walks to overnight care. I truly treat every pet like they’re my own. I work a sales job Monday–Friday, typically from 8:00 AM to around 4:30 PM, and I travel locally (within an hour). I always make sure I’m available before accepting any bookings, so your pet’s care will never be compromised. I’m available for evening walks during the week, and I’m open to overnight house sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I’m very aware of my surroundings and always prioritize your pet’s safety, whether we’re out walking or relaxing at home. About: Hi! I’m Sofey, and I work as a kennel technician in Scarborough, caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities every day. I’ve spent my entire life around animals—volunteering at shelters, helping out with farm animals, and caring for everything from puppies and kittens to senior pets, including guinea pigs, rabbits, and more. I’m experienced with walking, basic training, administering meds, and handling all kinds of temperaments. I live with my own sweet dog, Freddie, and two adorable guinea pigs, so I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years before I became a stay at home mom to my daughter, Jordan I love this opportunity on Rover, because it joins my two favorite things—animals and the outdoors. This is a great way for me to teach my daughter animal husbandry. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible. My daughter usually tags along with me. She is also an animal lover. I currently do not own any pets so I am free to take care of other animals. If I need to check on an animal, I usually spend about an hour with them. (Letting them out, feeding and watering, snuggling). If I am walking, I will walk for an hour. Or an agreed time frame.

About: Hello! I am a proud owner of two husky babies with my boyfriend Alex, who is now joining me on Rover. We both have experience in all types of breeds and training levels. Alex is also currently taking classes to follow his passion in becoming a high level professional dog trainer and will soon be able to take on clients. For now, we will take care of your pet like they are our own with love, proper care & responsibility - two sitters for the price of one! We just moved to the Sanford area and are looking for extra income to renovate our first home. Alex is also looking for more experience with different personalities to blend with different training levels and techniques for his certification. He will not practice any sort of training without your permission, of course! Although, with consistency and time, it is technically a free bonus for you 😉 Whether you have a fenced in yard or no yard at all, we will get the exercise in that they need depending on your approval. Walks, runs, dog parks, car rides, trips to the beach, hikes, etc. we will have a blast until you come home! If your pet(s) are staying with us, we live in a very safe area and have a large fenced in yard. Do be aware, our dogs will also be here, but they absolutely adore making new friends and are the definition of friendly.

About: Hi, my name is Lauren and I have had animals my whole life. Dogs, cats and chickens to be exact . During high school I took canine science and animal science as well. I also volunteered for a long period of time at an animal shelter, where I walked dogs and took care of the cats. I have a lot of experience and would love to help with your pet pets! Currently, I work full-time at HomeGoods so I have a 40 hour work week. My schedule varies every week sometimes I work mornings sometimes I work closing shifts on the days that I do work I would have very little availability, but depending on what my schedule looks like I might be able to help a little bit on those days on the other hand on my days off, I have full availability to help you. I will always have at least two days off during the week to help your friendly and loving pets! Currently, I have one dog, one cat and chickens, as well as some baby chicks and turkeys! For my dogs, I have a fully fenced in yard. For my chickens, they have their own coop as well as when the turkeys are fully grown. They have their own coop as well. My cat has her own little house to sit on as well as her own little cat bed, and I take my dog out for walks whenever I can I have always and will always continue to do my best to make sure that my animals are well taken care of And plan on doing my best to make sure that your animals always stay happy !

About: My background in animal science and time in the veterinary industry make me the ideal sitter for your pups safety and well being while you're away. I live on a small horse farm that I own and operate with my two dogs Petey and Boomer, and cat Willow. My home allows for various accommodations for your pets need whether that me hanging out with my pet or a relaxing space to themselves. I am able to take pet that may have medical requirements during their stay as well as with any other special needs. Potty breaks an be as frequent as they are needed. My own to two dogs are previously nervous rescues (Petey is still working on it!). With that experience I am comfortable creating an environment for your nervous Nelly or high energy pup that needs time let off steam in the yard! I currently work a hybrid schedule which means I am in the office a few times a week and home all other days. On days that I go into the office pets staying with me can be left loose in their own room or crated/in a small pen as necessary. My office schedule is flexible and unless your pet is staying the full week I try to arrange my office days outside sitting days! I have a small fenced area as well as 7 acres for you pup to enjoy while on the farm. Depending on your pets need I have space to keep them separate from my own and other pets staying in the home or they can enjoy the company of others.
