About: I have always loved dogs. I am comfortable with all breeds! Growing up I had a golden retriever, Morgan, and right now I have a Black Mouth Curr/Lab Mix, Lainey, and our family dog is Della, she is a German Shepard. For me, dogs are family members. In fact, my dad will lovingly joke about how I talk to my pups like they are humans. I know how important it is to find someone that will care for your pup just as well as you do. If you choose to trust me with your pup, I promise to take care of them as if they were my own. I work full-time, but right now I am off for the summer! Once I return to work at the end of August, I will only be available on weekends. I currently live in an apartment, but I take Lainey out four to five times a day. Depending on the weather and how Lainey is feeling, we will go for a mile walk. I will say, my walks are casual strolls. Lainey LOVES to sniff, she is a hound after all! So I make sure I stop every time and respect her wishes to get a good sniff in. I believe it’s very important to let them sniff! Of course, I do monitor to make sure she isn’t picking up any unauthorized “snacks” along the way.

About: Hello! I have experience with caring for dogs and cats. I primarily had cats in my home when I was younger, but have since had experience with caring for dogs as well. I helped care for a few of my roommates dogs in the past and now I care for my 5 year old dog Layne! I love walking dogs and know of some great parks around the area that I love to take my dog to. I work full-time mostly from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to care for pets during mornings, evenings, midday and weekends —whatever best suits your pet’s routine. A typical day of dogsitting with me is filled with attentive care, regular routines, and lots of love. When staying with pets in their own home, I respect their space, prioritize their comfort, keep things clean, and always follow the owner’s instructions. When in my own home, the pet are treated like a special guest. :-)
