About: I had my first dog when I was 8 and ever since then I have always loved dogs and have never been without a dog until this year. All dogs make me extremely happy and I love to play with them. I’m very energetic and love to go for runs or do different activities with dogs. I also don’t have a problem with any other animals but I am just used to dealing with dogs. I have had a miniature schnauzer, pit bull, and a lab. My hours are pretty flexible but I do prefer the morning because I am a early bird. The only times I won’t be available are after 8 Expect for Wednesdays unless I’m house sitting depending on how long that will be. If you would like any more information please message me

About: I enjoy walking and being outside! I am currently a NICU nurse and only work 3 days a week so I like to find ways to be outside in my free time! About: I have had a dog almost my whole life. I’ve also watched my family and friends pets while they have been away a lot through out the past 7 years! I know a lot about the different dog breeds as well, since I am considering owning a dog boarding place one day! As I am preparing for college I am very flexible. I don’t have a set schedule for any day, so I can make sure your pet is taken care of. I make each pet’s care fit their individual needs while keeping them comfortable and safe. I provide plenty of exercise through walks and playtime, but during the summer heat I schedule walks for the early morning or evening when it’s cooler. If it’s too hot outside, I focus on indoor activities and enrichment to keep pets active. I also make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a calm, caring environment throughout my visit or stay.
About: I have had dogs my whole life and I am very comfortable around them! I love to go on walks and play with pups as much as I can! I work from home during the week and leave for meetings or errands occasionally but will be home to keep your pet company! Home most summer weekends and I love to be outside and go on lots of walks. About: I've looked after dogs and cats for around 15 years, very comfortable with both. Getting to know a pet and learning their personality and preferences is important to me, I want us both to have a good time! I'm currently work part-time and I'm a student, taking most of my classes online so I can be flexible! Mondays and Wednesdays I'm pretty busy in the morning, but I'm usually free by 2-3pm. I have two cats that are very well-socialized with other cats and small to medium sized dogs. Sometimes I put up a gate and allow the cats to sun themselves on the deck, which they love! In other people's homes, I make sure to tread lightly and let the pets take the lead on getting comfortable with me being in their space.
About: When people ask if I have any kids, my response is that I have dogs. My dogs are my family and yes I do celebrate their birthdays. I have had a dog in my house since I was 3yrs old. I have taken care of neighbors pets. I recently rescued a puppy from a farm and organized and found a fur-ever loving home for her. I have taken care of puppies, kittens, bunnies, ferrets, goats, chickens, and ducklings. I am able to stay the whole weekend at owners home. I am able to walk dogs during the week and weekend. The latest drop-in visit I can do is 10pm. I give my full attention to the pets I am caring for. I keep them busy with play or just someone to sit by. I understand it is stressful not only to your pet but also to you as well having to leave them with someone or at a kennel, I feel the same way! I keep meals on schedule and I'm able to administer medications (orally- some need special ways to sneak in 😃). I send picture updates throughout my stay.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
