If I am checking in or house sitting for you, your home will be treated with the utmost respect. I do daily cleaning, will gather any mail and packages and will leave your home spotless! We do have a boy cat that is 9 years old that we rescued when he was 6 months old. He LOVES all other cats and dogs but he knows when to keep to himself. For dogs and cats that may not get along we have and do use a metal gate that will separate them completely so no worries if your pup or kitty may have an issue with a cat!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
