Offering calm, loving boarding for small dogs, plus weekend walks and drop-ins. 🐾 I have cared for dogs my entire life, and I raised my own mini dachshund, Ollie, from the puppy stage! I truly understand what it takes to love and care for dogs at every phase of life. In addition to years of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, I grew up participating in 4-H where I raised and cared for a wide variety of animals. Because of that, I’m comfortable working with many different species including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, and more. Being surrounded by animals from a young age taught me responsibility, patience, and how to tune into each animal’s unique needs. I have experience with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs and end-of-life care, and I approach every pet with the same level of compassion and attentiveness. I’m confident in puppy training, crate training, leash manners, basic obedience, administering medications, grooming basics, and creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel secure and loved. I’m a PA student with a consistent but flexible schedule that allows me to give pets lots of attention and care without rushing. I’m currently available for walks and drop-ins on Monday evenings, all day Tuesdays, and Wednesday afternoons. I offer boarding for small dogs in my home and have much more open availability for boarding, so I’m often able to accommodate vacations and longer stays. I always try to keep a calm, safe environment and am happy to follow your pet’s routine, energy level, and any special needs to make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away. My family and I are new to Colorado and had just moved here from Guam about 3 year ago, so I have A LOT of time to spend chilling with your pets, plus we live 10 minutes away from DIA! I have pet care experience from working at an animal hospital and as well as a pet daycare, ranging from puppies to senior dogs (cleaning, feeding, walking and giving medication). Our little family does very well with pets. I've had pets for as long as I can remember and have been known to foster and bring home strays when I was a child. Please refer to my Boarding calendar for Daycare availability (I may forget to update the daycare calendar 😅), but if you're still unsure please feel free to send me a message anyway! I am available anytime after lunch throughout the whole week, although I may be able to accommodate earlier times or late nights if needed :) I only accept one pet at a time as I understand many of them are reactive towards other pets. I want your pet to feel safe in our home. All you need to bring is your pet's food, medication, and any toys. I have food/water bowls and kennels if your pet normally sleeps in one :)
