She helped make us feel comfortable and confident in her ability to help us out by meeting with us and our dog who is timid and easily fearful. She follows directions well and did well providing all the care requested for our dog including feeding, potty and playtime. Her summary visits were detailed, had many photos and helped keep us up to date on how everything was going. She needs to be cleaned and, additionally, to be gently persuaded to be cleaned everyday, and she let Anna do this for her, which has rarely happened in the past.
