About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. I have a small home but a big yard, so while I can’t accommodate boarding, I have a large outdoor space and my own pup that is eager for play dates during the day. As for house sitting, I provide attentive, personalized care in my client’s home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely. With my history in the animal health field, I am comfortable administering any medications if needed. As a person who values communication, I provide regular ‘pupdates’ and pictures so owners feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Hello! I’ve been dog walking for the past year and it’s become my favorite activity. I give careful, loving attention, and it’s a plus if the dog has been trained to respond to commands. You won’t find me scrolling on my phone during walks! I regularly walk a playful Labradoodle named Jerry. I don’t yet have a dog of my own but I will always make time for them. I’m a former librarian who enjoys helping others. When I’m not walking, you’ll find me on planning committees for volunteer organizations, singing in choirs, and mentoring a fantastic teen.
