About: I am a stay at home mom to my two (respectful) children. This means that your furbaby will never be alone and will receive my 24/7 love and attention! I have two sweet pups of my own (one of which is a senior) and two loving cats. I adore animals and am comfortable giving medications, accommodating special requests, and doing anything else to make your pet feel comfortable and at home! We are a homeschooling family with one stay at home parent and one work from home parent. Your pet quite literally will never be alone and will receive constant love, play, exercise, and supervision! About: I’ve had dogs in my home all my life!! Just looking to hang out with some pups and help out! Dog has to be good with a baby in the house and another dog. We have a mini Australian shepherd. Dogs will get walked at least 2 times daily! I am fully available weekdays and weekends! I do not leave the house for more than a couple hours at a time and would love to take your dog with me for car rides if I leave when possible! I will take excellent care of your fur baby! I can let them out as many times as preferred and I am okay with any kind of feeding schedule!

About: We had a mini schnauzer growing up, who we adored! She taught us so much patience with the insistent barking, so I can handle anything!(: I’m looking to walk dogs when I have down time over the weekend, or on shorter days of work during the week (Tuesday, Thursday, some Fridays). I will be primarily walking dogs, but I will purchase a long leash for letting dogs hang out in my yard if we dog-sit. Our yard is half an acre, so plenty of space to run.

“Carly did a great job looking after Murphy. Murphy had orthopedic surgery in February and now possibly another surgery to the other leg. She is on pain medications to keep her pain controlled and calm. Carly was on time twice a day to feed and medicate Murphy for pain and then stayed 30 minutes for ear rubs / reassurance. Carly also notified me that some boards were damaged on my back fence when a storm rolled through. I was able to get someone to quickly repair the fence while I was still out of town. About: I have my puppy with Hydrocepilitis. People always ask me to sit with their dogs as they know dogs will be safe and happy with me I do Uber so my time is mine. I want to spend as much time with pets as possible as that's my passion and will make me and the pets happy I just moved to Seymour and would love to spend all my time with fur babies. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
