About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have been dog-sitting since I was 12! My favorite part is taking dogs on multiple walks a day, it is such a strong point of connection and exercise for them! I’m currently working part-time while in graduate school, so my schedule is very flexible! I am off work during the summer, so more availability ! I make sure that I am gentle and warm when first meeting pets, to build the rapport! I also ensure to implement how the owners take care of their pet, so it feels familiar!

About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and personalized care I give every pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency, potty breaks, playtime, and basic routine reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler pace, extra patience, medication support, or additional comfort. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know their furry family members are happy and well cared for. I’m able to help out on Monday-Friday or Saturdays and Sundays. Let me know what fits your needs and I will be more then happy to accommodate! I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Especially in their own home. I do not accept boarding as my currently home is renting.

About: I will walk, bathe, and feed your precious loves. I will make sure your babies are loved and cared for. If you don’t like something for your animals, I won’t do it. Willing to negotiate if you have multiple dogs , or cats if you have cats. I will make sure your lovely animals are happy and well taken care of while under my supervision and care. I don’t allow animals on my bed but they are allowed on my futon, if you may have special ways of taking care of them I will make sure they are taken care of the way you want them to be! I love animals and want them happy! Willing to travel and stay at your home with your animals if that’s what you’re more comfortable with! I’m currently not working, so my time and attention is 100% on your loved animals. I will make sure your baby is loved and taken care of. I have an unfenced yard but i do have a leash & a dog cable so i can have your dog outside getting some sun and enjoying the weather. I have 1 dog that can keep your dog company!

About: I've been a pet caretaker since I was 12. Dogs quickly connect with me for play, walking and companionship- just like you were there too. I have a very flexible schedule with my JMU classes this semester so I have lots of available time to spend with your fur baby. I am currently home for summer! I am very comfortable using any style leash for walking and using crates. My time with your fur baby will focus on play, fun and comfort

About: I've loved and taken care of dogs since I was a child. I offer lots of time with your dog, to ensure he doesn’t miss you too much while you are away. My neighbor had 10 dogs,and I ended up taking care of them daily, taking them for walks, playing with them, training them, and of course snuggling on the couch.I've had experience with small dogs such as Jack Russells to big dogs such as German Shepherds. Most dogs tend to love me, as I give into their puppy eye look when they want me to throw the ball one more time or get an extra treat. I will do my best by keeping your dog safe by keeping he/she on a leash whenever we are out and about and keeping doors shut from escape artists. I also have experience with cats, birds,fish, and farm animals. I grew up with horses, goats, cows, chickens, etc. Feel free to ask any questions! I will answer as soon as I can! I’m currently unemployed, and have plenty of schedule flexibility to provide the upmost care for your beloved pets. Feel free to contact me for any of your needs! About: Great with attention and enrichment. I will go out of my way to make your pet comfortable and happy while away from you. In addition help dissipate your pets energy to mitigate any destructive behavior your pet may have. Most dogs love me within seconds to a few minutes. Have worked with atypical pets as well. Can handle care of small animals in addition. Happy to handle needed pet meds and frequent potty breaks. Owners will like that Im a responsible adult and can be relied on to be consistent and treat your property with care and respect. If you want to find the right person to start an ongoing relationship for covering your house and pet sitting needs for years to come. I'm currently retired so have an open schedule most days and weeks. Giving the greatest opportunity to flexibility and can adjust to the needs of the day. Because pets care will take place in the pets own home it will be the easiest on your pet in maintaining their normal life style. Or I can board at my residence with advanced notice I'm retired and available most days on most weeks. I'm in both Charlottesville [sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning] and Harrisonburg [Wednesday afternoon through Sunday morning] Happy to house sit your pet or board at your request. About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my life since I was young. Friends, family, significant others, and my own which entailed bathing, walking, training, feeding, and just going outside and playing fetch with them. My whole life I have been a major animal lover of all shapes and sizes, and I have years of experience to make you comfortable with me taking care of your pet. I make it my priority to spend as much time with my dog Sadie as possible, I bathe when necessary because she loves to be outside and makes a mess of herself I walk her, feed her, and take her to the dog park with me some days. I will do whatever you all would like to do when it comes to your fur babies if that entails crating when necessary I can, or giving your dog medication, I would love if you’d like me to take your dog on walks it’s always good for them to get as much exercise as possible, just know that when it comes to your pets I understand how important it is to be getting the proper care and I will make sure that will happen. I’m currently unemployed and I’m very much available right now, I would like to work more full time like Monday-Friday 8am-5pm I can also do boarding. I would ensure your dog is safe and well taken care of, monitoring the dog at all times is key and being aware of surroundings for the fur baby.

About: I have been a pet owner for as long as I can remember. Being raised in a house full of pets! From birds, dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, all types of pets are welcome and I Have had experience with raising puppies from birth as well. I have had 5 liters of puppies and trained them personally and adopted them out. I am a stay at home mom, expecting my 2nd child who is due Jan 2023. I am able to up and move at any given time and flexible when it comes to walking or caring for pets. I live in a pet friendly neighborhood and have a area to walk the dog(s) close by. I have a home where I am able to keep a crate if needed, I am also able to have them roam the home is that is what is desired. Or can come to your home if they are more comfortable there.

About: I've worked with dogs and cats professionally for over ten years now and also have experience with training. I love getting to know each dog and learning what they like best, whether that’s a quiet walk in the park or some snuggles on the couch and fetch in the backyard. I have experience with all types of dogs and always treat them as if they were my own. I’m currently working part time as a dog trainer so that will give me plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m also very good at reading dog body language and love to see your pups feeling comfortable and confident in our adventures.
