About: Hi, I'm Kat, I love all animals but I have an affinity for dogs, especially small ones. I've taken care of cats & dogs for more than 20 years. I've recently lost my baby boy Max (my Shih Tzu) to cancer, we're not ready to get another dog but am ready to help watch your dog and shower him/her with all the love/kisses they want. I'm available to watch your pup within 24hr notice. We don't have a fence yard but am willing and I enjoy walking dogs. We live in a very walkable town with nice wide sidewalks for your pup & I to go explore the neighborhood. I will treat your pet as if it was my own.

He brought our trash cans up our driveway, and brought it our mail before we even reached out to ask, and even took a photo of bees getting into our home while we were away in which we were able to prepare for before we returned from our vacation. He was wonderful for us and from the looks of our blink camera taking some videos in real time, the dogs loved him as well!! I’m not rushing out to an office or juggling a bunch of local obligations, so your pets get a lot of attention and care. I treat every home with care and respect. Like a guest who knows the rules… I don’t go into rooms I don’t need to, and I always follow any guidelines or preferences the owner shares. I clean up after myself, stick to the pet’s routine, and do what I can to keep the home safe and comfortable while you're away. That includes things like bringing in packages, taking out the trash, and keeping everything looking lived-in so the place doesn’t appear empty.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 10 years old starting with our first family pets. From there is grew to a passion for helping friends, families and others in need of care. From simply walking and playing to bathing and training. I feel I possess the ability to connect with pets just like they seek to connect with us. Their love is unconditional for us, they deserve the same in return! Currently working part time while managing our home as a stay at home Dad. Caring for our 4 year old son as well as our 1 year old mixed terrier. Majority of the weekdays I am free after 8:30am until 3pm (school pick up) but can easily work in pet care for the later afternoon and into the early evening hours. I also have some availability in the later evenings with advanced notice and within a closer radius to home. I like to start with a comfortable greeting to pets showing that I am not a threat to them or their home. I prefer to sit down at the level of pets to not be perceived as dominant. Soft gentle hands to allow the pets to come to me at their own comfortable speed. I love hugs and belly rubs, so finding or knowing that special area helps to break the barrier. The more outside time the better! Letting pets know that I am there for them is my goal, and anyway I can make them feel secure and loved is my goal. I prefer to mold myself into a unique person for each pets needs.

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets from the age of 5 and have been pet sitting off and on since I was a teenager. Friends and family have relied on me to love and care for their pets as my own. I would love to meet your furry friend and give you peace of mind that they will be well cared for while you are away. Jake loves to play with other dogs his size and they always have a good time running and playing together. He is indifferent to cats and I would love a fur ball to sit in my lap. I have a lot of experience giving medications to dogs and other pets. I will work with you to give your pet the things they are familiar with at home. Look for lots of photos and videos of your pet having fun while they are with me! I work full time but I am home throughout the day so that they are only alone for a maximum of 2-4 hours. We love to walk and visit the dog park in our spare time I have no commitments outside of work and can provide companionship and playtime with your family member and my Jake. I am more than happy to accommodate any needs your furry friend has and the schedule he or she needs.

Evening (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM): This mirrors the morning routine for my own pets: Feeding: Dinner time for everyone. Potty Breaks: Evening elimination walks. Relaxation/Affection Time: Cuddling on the couch, gentle petting or quiet playtime. Preparing for the Night: Ensuring fresh water and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
