She let us know when our dogs were settled and sent us pictures to know that they were happy and having fun. Asking anyone to watch two pups is a lot but she took on our two without hesitation. He gave in real time updates on food, bathroom breaks and ensured he gave each dog their medication. He brought our trash cans up our driveway, and brought it our mail before we even reached out to ask, and even took a photo of bees getting into our home while we were away in which we were able to prepare for before we returned from our vacation. He was wonderful for us and from the looks of our blink camera taking some videos in real time, the dogs loved him as well!! While I have never professionally worked with animals before, my family has always had multiple pets in our house. I grew up with dogs, birds, and cats at home. I specialize in dog care but have also cared for cats and horses professionally. Growing up I rode horses, always had a dog in the house, as well as cats, hamsters, and fish. Always immersed in nature, I loved to walk around my yard and find box turtles creeping along in the grass. A surprise to fulfill my childlike wonder that still hasn't left me!! As an animal lover from the time I was a little girl, I always went straight for the animals wherever I went to make an instant new friend. I was born with an intuitive understanding of animals, as a child connecting naturally, easily and deeply with them. Animals have always been a necessary and important part of my life creating comfort and companionship for both of us. I also offer ENERGY HEALING sessions for all types of animals. Benefits of energy healing include anxiety relief, greater over all wellbeing, aids in recovery after trauma or surgery, etc. Healing is received either hands-on or remotely. About: Hi! My name is Emily, and I live with my husband and our two pups in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Dogs have been a huge part of my life since a very young age. As a child/teenager, I grew up with two Standard Poodles. In my early 20's, I was a parent to two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Present day, I am mama to Nala, our Australian Shepherd & Siberian Husky mix, and Riku, our purebred Siberian Husky. Throughout the years, neighbors, friends, family, and clients have relied on me to walk, provide daycare, pet & house-sit, and overnight board many dogs of all different breeds. I am excited to welcome more pup friends into our family and to provide a fun, safe, and loving environment for all. If you are looking for someone who is caring, affectionate, responsible, and detail-oriented, look no further. Thank you for your time & consideration! I am available on a daily/weekly basis for boarding/overnight stays in our home (including weekends, i.e. Monday through Sunday). I provide doggy daycare, drop-in visits, and dog walking Monday through Friday. PLEASE NOTE: On occasion, I am available on weekends for daycare, drop-ins, and walks as well, so feel free to reach out even if my calendar says "unavailable", and we can see if I am available during a weekend you need! We live in a single-family home with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for all dogs to be comfortable & happy. If breaks or alone time is needed, we are able to give the dogs their own rooms and/or separate them with gates throughout the house. Currently, we do not have a fenced-in yard, but we will be installing one within the next few years. Until then, we keep all dogs on extended leashes when exploring & playing in the backyard. In your home (and in ours), I will respectfully follow all instructions & rules that you provide to ensure your dog’s way of life, training, safety, and comfort.
About: Hi, I'm Kat, I love all animals but I have an affinity for dogs, especially small ones. I've taken care of cats & dogs for more than 20 years. I've recently lost my baby boy Max (my Shih Tzu) to cancer, we're not ready to get another dog but am ready to help watch your dog and shower him/her with all the love/kisses they want. I'm available to watch your pup within 24hr notice. We don't have a fence yard but am willing and I enjoy walking dogs. We live in a very walkable town with nice wide sidewalks for your pup & I to go explore the neighborhood. I will treat your pet as if it was my own.
