About: I grew up with Labs, German Shepherds and Pekingese along with other breeds and have always felt a special bond with dogs. I volunteered at the West Milford Animal Shelter when I was younger as well. I love to walk sometimes I walk up to 7 miles after a long day so I thought it would be good to help walk some dogs as well! I work full time 8-4:30 and have a fur baby of my own so weekends are best for me but I can work with some later walks if needed I will care for all fur babies as if they were my own. I will make them feel comfortable loved and cared for while watching.

She has been a volunteer since October 2014 and has demonstrated leadership by training new volunteers and following up on her and others' areas to assure all medical and physical needs of those in her care have been met. Selia has fostered bottle fed kitten litters successfully attending to all newborn needs, until they were old enough to reenter the shelter for adopting families. She has also fostered a young dog who had had surgery until she was well enough to return. The dog was well socialized and has been adopted as well.
