About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs (and cats) at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish, chickens and do general housekeeping. I reside in El Dorado, but for the last year, I have been substitute teaching in the Wichita metro area. Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard. Also, I am not a smoker or drinker.

About: I've been a volunteer at Caring Hands Humane Society for 4+ years, and in January of 2022 I raised a litter of 6 Pomsky puppies! I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I'm currently working a part time job, and I would love to take your dog for a walk, play with them, or simply keep them company while you're away! I'm available 9am - 9pm Mon, Wed, Thu, but am somewhat flexible on weekends for house sitting. I have a fenced backyard and 2 energetic Siberian Huskies that are very friendly and play well with new dogs; I take them to the Newton dog park often and they absolutely love it! I can provide a crate for a medium - large dog if needed/requested. My dog sleeps in my room with an open crate so she can sleep in her crate or just on the floor. I have my dogs on an oral flea treatment. To help keep all dogs flea free, please have your dogs on a flea treatment prior to their stay. We do go outdoors and although I treat our yard in the spring and summer, I can't guarantee there will be no bugs present. We are happy to make your pet feel at home. They can sleep in their bed, crate, or on our bed. We follow the rules that you do at your home! We follow any diet or exercise restrictions. Let us know what is important to you and we will make it happen. Your dog will have plenty of space to run and play. Or they will have plenty of room to lounge around and rest. I will take them on a walk if they aren't as active because of age, weather, or if requested. In the case of a medical emergency, I live two blocks from a great veterinarian office. About: I’ve taken care of animals such as fish, cats, dogs birds and even a turtle in the backyard for a while before!
