Very friendly, Coco enjoyed her stay. Carolina sent updates and pictures to me at least 2 times a day. I recommend her highly. I also suggest to meet beforehand to let her puppy get used to your dog. Het dog is kept separately in the house, but the two dogs got along and hung out together.

Our experience leaving our one year old mini gilded doodle with Steve was outstanding! It was her first time being left overnight away from home and Steve was wonderful caring for her as well as keeping me in the loop with photos and a detailed report. She learned so much by spending time with his other well managed dogs. We now feel when our baby can’t come with us, she will be happy and well cared for.

Caterina proved to be the perfect sitter for my senior dog Max. She sent updates and it was evident that she truly cares about what she does. Max came home happy and energetic—not always the case with some boarding kennels. I cannot recommend her more highly, and Max and I look forward to his staying with her again.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life—from my childhood golden retriever, to my first mini poodle in college, and now my French bulldog puppy. Having a Frenchie has taught me how to care for dogs with sensitive stomachs, skin allergies, and special needs. I cook fresh, balanced meals with real protein and veggies for every meal, and I treat every pup like my own—gentle, patient, and a little spoiled. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or home-cooked meals, I make sure each dog feels safe, loved, and completely at home. I’m an MBA student at Cornell and have classes about three times a week from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm. My boyfriend is home during the day until I return in the afternoon, so there’s always someone available to care for and walk the pups. We’re both huge dog lovers and spend most weekends at home since I usually have assignments to work on — which means plenty of time for cuddles, walks, and playtime with your furry family member. Your pup’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I have a French bulldog with sensitive skin and allergies, so I’m extremely careful about hygiene, food, and playtime routines. I also have a bit of OCD when it comes to cleaning — my home is spotless, sanitized daily, and always pet-safe. Every pup has their own cozy, comfortable space to relax, and I can easily follow any feeding or medication instructions. Whether your dog needs fresh meals, extra attention, or a calm environment, they’ll be cared for with the same love and detail I give my own.

I'm with my dog 24/7 so it's hard for me to part with her when we travel. We're so glad we found Charlene and Rick. They went above and beyond to make sure that we could wrap up our trip without worries. Our dog loved both of them and we'll definitely ask for their help again when we need it!

These three are educated and thoughtful enough to make pet owners who are nervous, apprehensive, and even sad about leaving their fur babies feel comfortable. This dynamic is really special for pups, more like a social outing. We received pictures of our pup enjoying light training, playing with new puppy friends, and relaxing in complete comfort. My husband and I were sad dropping her off for the weekend and ended up being able to complete enjoy our weekend getaway because of Aaron, Kaylee, and Valerie.

Bee was absolutely wonderful! She seemed to have a magic touch with my goldens Daisy and Jude, who haven’t had much socialization with humans besides family. It was the first time they’ve ever been boarded, which was nerve wracking, but luckily she sent photos throughout their stay which put my mind at ease. They had a great time running around and playing in her big backyard, which is fenced. I would definitely recommend Bee and book with her again! ?

I could not have been happier with Destiny. She is very professional and did a great job taking care of Bruiser. She sent me daily updates of how he was doing along with pictures to show how happy he was. It was so much better than leaving him at a kennel and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was well taken care of! I will definitely use Destiny again!

We were extremely pleased with the care and attention that Michelle gave to our dog Dixie. She took great care of our dog and when we came to pick her up, I think Dixie would have been happy to stay longer. The house, the accommodations and the caretaker were perfect for our dog and she was very relaxed when we came to pick her up. Michelle was a very good "fit" for us and Dixie. We definitely would use Michelle again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
