Seeing them get to enjoy running around in her spacious, fenced-in backyard, and cuddle on the couch as if they were at home made boarding my dogs infinitely less stressful. Not only that, but she was more than prepared to deal with their bad habits as well. She even went out of her way to accommodate my 2nd shift work schedule and was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I definitely plan to board with her again in the future. ??”

She came in clutch after a really poor experience with another Rover sitter— Chloe in Cincinnati…my first EVER Rover booking, who canceled us at the last minute (3 days before our 3 night stay) because we requested a meet and greet. But Rachel, welcomed us with open arms, 3 days before we needed a 3 night stay. She immediately offered a meet and greet and made time for us to come by with Honey! Joe not only accommodated our needs last minute but had great communication with us while we were away to help put our minds at ease. Joe was very welcoming to us and our dogs upon arrival and he has an amazing location that is safe and secure with a peaceful wooded fenced in backyard. Plenty of room both inside and out for the dogs to run and play! We could tell within the first 5 minutes that our dogs were comfortable on his property and upon pickup were not in a big hurry to leave!
