About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 11 years, beginning with my own Yorkie Terrier, Lola. I got Lola when I was in 9th grade, and she was one of my first big responsibilities growing up. I’ve had her ever since, and caring for her throughout her entire life has taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and paying attention to a dog’s individual needs. Over the years, I’ve handled all aspects of Lola’s care, including daily walks, feeding, bathing, grooming, and administering medication. I’ve also cared for larger dogs, including a Weimaraner and a Golden Retriever, staying with both for five days. I currently work from home 90% of the time in marketing and communications for a nonprofit, so I have a flexible schedule and am able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I also live an active lifestyle and love going on walks, getting outside, and spending time with dogs. What I love most about dogs is how energetic and affectionate they are. I’m patient, attentive, and want every pet I care for to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owner is away. I also enjoy cats and have spent time around them during college. While I’m newer to caring for cats independently, I’m very comfortable following an owner’s instructions and learning each pet’s individual routine. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. Monday through Friday, I wake up around 5 a.m. and go to the gym before starting work. I’m back home around 7 a.m., which is when my dog usually wakes up. She’s a small senior dog who loves to sleep in and stay warm! I take her outside as soon as I get home, then prepare her breakfast. I work from home from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the day. I give my dog a smalll lunch around noon, depending on when I take my own lunch break, and take her outside afterward. She has dinner around 5:30 p.m., followed by another potty break. On weekends (during warmer weather, 40 degrees and up), I typically wake up around 7 a.m., feed my dog and take her outside, then head to the gym. When I get back, we go on a 20-minute neighborhood walk together. She gets another meal and potty break around 12:30 p.m., and I usually run errands afterward. Dinner is around 5:30 p.m., followed by another potty break. At the end of the day, after dinner, I also make time for her dental cleaning as part of her regular routine. Because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. My priority is to make sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I’ll always follow the instructions and routines provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, potty breaks, and any other specific needs. I also think communication is important, so I’m happy to provide updates while you’re away and let you know how your pet is doing. Depending on the pet and the service, I enjoy spending time playing, going on walks, giving plenty of attention and cuddles, and simply keeping them company.

About: I have grown up on a farm where I have acquired most of my skills and knowledge of animals. At a very young age I started training and showing dogs in obedience, which soon led into me showing horses in jumping and dressage. I attended Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre in West Virginia where I achieved many certifications. Now, 32, I still train and show dogs and also still stuck on those horses! Animals have become my backbone and without them, I think I would be lost, like many of us would be! Besides working my job and being a nursing student, I am always doing something with my dogs or horses. Be it training, having fun, or just going about our daily routine. Fitting in the time to care for others pets while they are away is easy for me as I have help on the farm to care for my pets! About: I currently have two small dogs who I take care of full time. I’ve had them for 5 years now. I love playing with dogs, rubbing their tummy, or just hanging out with them. If your dog has separation anxiety that will not be a problem. One of my dogs is the same way and I wouldn’t mind being there full time for your dog. Pet care fits into my schedule perfectly because most of my days consist of being home taking care of my two small dogs. I’m also a nursing student so it helps that I have a lot of time after studying to play with the dogs/puppies. I have a fenced yard. It is pretty big. In order to keep my dogs safe I always make sure doors are closed before letting them out and as a special precaution I like to add an AirTag to their collars in case anything happens (has not happened yet but it’s better to be safe than sorry).

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. About 10 years ago I decided to Foster dogs. After a few years I started working with medical dogs from the shelter. I also enjoy happy go lucky pups and adult dogs. A friend suggested I work with Rover. After reading up on their services it was clear this is something right up my alley. The dogs I babysit will have inside and outside time but no more than their family requests. In the past I did adoption events at various locations for an Animal Shelter and was able to get to their needs that I have put in place. Working with Rover has given me the opportunity to meet more 4 legged friends and their families. I am available for up to two dogs. I offer a discount for stays over 7 days and discount for two dogs. I no longer foster and treat my yard for safety. I would love to be there for you while you are away. A typical day starts with potty time and a romp in the yard. Then inside for water and food. Usually another trip outside to do their business again. Then inside or outside to play. I have a bowl of dog food and 💦 out all the time My Rovers are rarely put in a kennel unless they are chewers or the family requests that they need to be at bedtime only. Other than that I have few rules. I just want your baby to be comfortable and happy. I do work part time but I have someone in my home 24/7. I know dogs prefer a private home and not a kennel. I rarely kennel a dog but let the owners dictate what they prefer. The dogs spend very little time outdoors. I have a fenced in yard that they can wonder around or stretch their legs with a healthy run. I can provide a warm environment with lots of love

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats ever since I can remember! Have always been a huge animal lover who makes sure they’re taken care of! I work Monday-Thursday from 7:30-5:00, but I can be available anytime Friday-Sunday and during the week when I do work I am available to take care of them before and after work! I am able to stay at your home if needed or if they need to come to my apartment I have a cozy set up for them! I have a dog park at my apartment complex and one sweet fur baby to keep your animals company! We can also go for walks and make sure they get the play time they need, along with proper feedings and tons of love and snuggles! If you need me to stay at your home I am also available to do so and will give them the same love and care they need!

About: Experienced in Senior, Adult and puppies, not to mention birds! Plenty of patience and lots of love. Knowledgeable in giving medication, puppy training, lots of devotion to be had. Love to play with the babies, love the zoomies! I am semi-retired, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30am to 11:30am. Services would be from Noon to 10:00pm. Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 10:00pm Once fully retired - extended stays I walk my dogs in the common area across from my home. We play then snuggle on the couch. Feed them in a regulär schedule, bathe them 2 times per month in the shower!

About: I live on a small farm in Harvard we have horses , 2 dogs , 1 cat and a flock of chickens . I’m comfortable with all animals !! Oh ….. except for snakes :) I’m retired so I have plenty of time . Love spending time with all my animals and catering to their needs . My husband is semi retired so my availability is huge . My dogs are always supervised when outside exploring our 15 acres . They love outside time !!! They also of course enjoy their couch time .
