8. Steven H.
About: I'm a work from home dog owner with the time, energy and motivation to help out with most dog needs. My dog Nubi and I enjoy getting out for multiple walks a day (regardless of the type of weather). We know how tough it is to stay motivated when the mercury hits 80+ or there's a couple feet of snow on the ground. Walking always sets the tails wagging. I have experience walking multiple dogs simultaneously. Additionally, having plenty of time at home means we've got the opportunity for every dog friend to come by and have some fun. Whether it is hide and seek with treats or toys, tennis ball time or just a chance to catch some Zzz's in the A/C, we always have a good time. Not everyone can go-go-go all the time so it's good to balance the activity with recovery. I'm mindful that the dogs in my care do not escape on walks or in the transition from between the house and outside. There are plenty of rooms in my home if my dog or your dog needs to be separated for cool down periods or feeding time. My availability is pretty much "all the time". There are no kids in my home so no worries that your pet will be stressed by an unsupervised child. Additionally, I have a roommate that works from home and is available for additional supervision. He is a part-time semi professional photographer so you can expect a high quality shot or two of your pup. I excel with the care for dogs at all ages and with all levels of separation anxiety as well as with long term boarding needs. I also have a spare Airtag that I attach to your pet as a final, emergency "what if" backup to keep your dog safe. Nubi and I take three regular walks a day (once in the morning, then at lunch and again before dinner time). My days are clear for potty breaks, mini-walks, around the block trips to drain energy or around the neighborhood excursions for high energy dogs. I do not have a fenced yard but I am diligent about going on walks. In my home there is always time for play and cool down and naps as well.
9. Haylie H.
About: I have cared for many different breeds of dogs. Whether that be just feeding, to training and grooming. I have had my personal pets for over 10 years. I have a very open schedule and I am open most of the time. I could fulfill a full or part-time schedule for any owners in need. I have a fenced in yard. My dogs eat off a feeding schedule. I have also potty trained all of my dogs. I bathe my dogs once a week as well to keep them not matted and promote hair and skin health.
10. Zoe B.
“Zoe is great with my 2 dogs (Shih Tzu and Belgian Malinois). She makes sure my 2 yr old Malinois gets plenty of exercise, taking him for long walks and throwing the ball for what seems like hours. He is a very strong puppy and she is able to control him very well during walks. At the same she manages to give my very lazy Shih Tzu tons of love and attention.”
11. Michelle G.
“Highly recommend...my dog loves going to her house!”
12. Holly S.
“Holly was extremely professional and punctual! She is a loving and caring owner of a rottweiler, so she's very capable of handling large dog breeds! She really loves small dogs though and her favorite dog is huskies! As we were talking I quickly realized that she was perfect to dog sit my German shepherd max!”
13. Casey W.
“learned about day care day before I needed it and Casey responded quickly and agreed. She was attentive to my dogs individual needs. She kindly pottied them just before pickup, knowing I would be traveling. I would use her again”
14. mary beth l.
“Mary Beth has watched our dog while we travel several times over the last year and our beagle LOVES her. She is always excited to see her and comes home happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mary Beth to anyone who has a pup that needs walking or watching.”
15. Hilary H.
“Hilary and her family took great care of Vinny! This is the happiest I've ever seen him going to and coming home from a sitter. He was tired and so relaxed, not overly clingy like he sometimes is. I will definitely call her next time I'm in town.”
16. Dawn C.
“Dawn has been a pet owner for all the many, many years that I have known her, and she has always given her fur babies the best possible loving care. I would consider her an expert with different breeds, as she has had a number of different breeds over the years, as well as different types of pets, and has somehow managed to create a harmonious environment with no clashes. Her pets only crossed the “Rainbow Bridge” after she had given them a long and happy life, and never once allowed any harm or neglect to come to any of them. I just became a pet owner, and if I needed a caregiver for my fur babies, I know she would provide a safe and happier environment than anyone else.”

18. Kayla I.
“Kayla loves animals! Her attention to detail is second to none. She boards my two whippets - Gemma and Snoopy. They love the farm life and taking in all the new scents and views. They quickly make themselves at home. Snoopy requires special medication at times and that is not a problem for Kayla. I have no worries when she is watching my babies.”
19. Samantha N.
“Samantha and her husband did a great job while Becket was at their house today in doggy daycare. She kept us updated with pictures throughout the day and gave us a summary of his day at the end (eating, potty habits, etc) . Our dog loved playing i their big backyard with their dog, Marci. Just what we wanted was a worn out puppy at the end of the day! He enjoyed it so much! We have already booked another date.”
20. KJ K.
About: Animals have always been a part of my life since I was very little, I even remember pretending to ‘babysit’ our dog when I was 5 like I was their parent! And now as an adult my own dog Rainbow is as close to a son as I could have, and I love taking care of him. If you book me I will be there *for* your pet, to play with them, cuddle them, make sure they’re safe and fed, and have everything they need (as well as anything I can do for you as their owner to provide peace of mind). I love working with both people and animals, service is a core value of mine, and I would be honored to take care of your beloved dogs or cats. I love dogs and cats just as much as the other so I can work with anyone. :) Taking care of my dog Rainbow is a daily part of my life, walking him every day at our favorite parks for example. I love to make sure he has toys and when I leave for my part time job I always leave on ‘dog TV’ on Youtube for him. I currently work part time as a barista - but Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays I am always free. Any other day of the week just check in with me to see my availability. I am flexible to make sure everyone’s needs are met. 🤍 Pets communicate non-verbally, and I love being able to understand what they’re ‘saying’ by paying attention to body language and behavior. A lot of people tell me that I have a very calming presence/voice and animals seem to feel safe with me too. I never let my dog run without a lead or leash for his safety, and I try to get him nice treats and food made with real meats and good ingredients. I love caretaking and I’m always thinking of what I can do to make my dogs days happy and enjoyable.
