About: I have taken care of many many dogs, from 5 senoir disabled chihauhas at once, to larger german sheapards and high and low energy dogs, untrained and trained. I take routines seriously, as I understand you are away, and I keep it together until you come back! :) I work part time in the evening as a janitor from Monday through Friday 6-10 PM, but I can be flexible; I am looking for dog walkings or weekend stays, as I am available virtually anytime before I work. I already have clients from other websites, as well as references for multiple pet sitting jobs. Long and short term gigs and anything in-between are great. I will play, give attention to and feed and water and give as needed bathroom breaks as per owners instructions. I love animals so they will be spoiled with my care!
About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life, and for the last five years I’ve been the “call Lacey, she’ll do it!” pet sitter for family and friends. I’m obsessed with animals, and I take spoiling them very seriously. I love being outside, so your pup will get all the walks, sniff breaks, and adventures their heart desires. Your pets will get cuddles, playtime, and very special treatment every time! I also go by “Lu,” so if you hear me called that, it’s still me! I currently work at a daycare, where I work 4, 10-hour shifts, but I still love caring for animals and making time for pet sitting whenever I can. I understand that every pup has different needs, and I want to make sure they’re comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I completely understand that a longer stretch alone might not work for every dog, and I never want you to feel like you have to book with me if my schedule isn’t the right fit for your pup. Currently I’m unemployed due to having brain surgery at the end of 24’ and then the follow up treatments taking most of 25’. So I have lotsa time, attention, and love to give your pet(s). This is actually my attempt at getting back into the working world. Can’t imagine a much better way to ease back into work than to help some people out with their pet care needs. I have a park walking distance from my house that I can take dogs to run around and use the bathroom and I live in a good area for walks. I am well versed on typical dog etiquette in public around other people and animals. I have experience with all types of dogs large and small. I’m a big guy and can handle the larger breeds pretty well usually, but also caring for the little ones as well. I always prioritize the pet(s) health and safety first, and then having some fun second :). I would love to provide a safe and relaxing spot for your pet(s). Also FYI - for boardings if pickup on the last day is after noon I will ask for a day fee of $35. I’m currently unemployed due to brain surgery I had this time last year to remove a large cancerous tumor. Luckily I recovered beautifully and quickly and am still fully functional, minus a little extra forgetfulness but nothing bad at all. So I’m available all days of the week, and have all my time, attention and love to give your pet(s). I’m very experienced with dogs of all types large, small, u name it. I’m a big guy at 6’4” and about 225 lbs so I can handle em all. I’m also rather calm and quiet which I believe helps animals feel at ease around me. I’d take care of yours as if they were my own! :) I take as much precaution as I can with all animals certainly someone else’s. The animals safety and health are my number one concern when caring for someone’s loved pet(s).
