“Her visit was a paid intensive preparation for when I do travel ahead. I have a old, fairly sickly but highly trained wonderful dog. His medicine and behavior structures are fairly intensive and unique in a few matters. To be fair, he's high maintenance (allergic to grass, still tries to eat it) so he's limited to staying home and still has to be watched outdoors like a hawk outside because he will try and sneak eating something any chance he can - and if he does he will be so sick for weeks. Kim patiently and methodically learned all this most crucial structures to medicate, protect and guide him brilliantly. He was totally at ease with his most anxiety stimulating tasks when he realized she knew his program too, and would be patient and gentle. He thought she was awesome to work with! Her communication and patience was top shelf. They were both happy and felt safe with the results of the effort, which of course made me pretty happy too! Kim doesn't shy away from learning, adapting, and growth. Harder cases may cost more to prepare for well, but that investment will make everyone better ahead, it's fair. I feel confident she truly aims to honor the needs of the pets she cares for and holds high standards to their physical and mental well being both.”

Animals are my life and I have dedicated over 19 years to volunteering, fostering and working at rescues in Oregon, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Texas and South Carolina. Growing up I lived with many different pets because my mom is also an animal lover and a vet tech. I have experience with sitting and transporting dogs, cats, and even rats. I also have some experience with goats and chickens. For 2 years I worked through Citizenshipper which is a platform that connects pet owners with pet transporters. And have gone on many several-day road trips with pets. This involves many walks, potty breaks, photo updates, and meal stops, as well as overnight care. I’m no longer on that platform but offer the same services here on Rover. Trusting me to care and be responsible for your pet is an honor that I never take lightly!
