About: Hi I’m Katie! I am almost 19 and live in the Traverse City area. I graduated from Traverse City West. I also work part time. I’m attending NMC in the fall and hoping to become a surgical technician. I love all types of animals. I’ve taken care of puppies, senior dogs, cats, and this past summer worked on a goat farm! About: I’m more than a dog sitter 😁 if you want someone who will play, walk, and entertain your dog, you’ve found your match! I’m the dog mom who does everything with her dogs. I have 3of my own large breed dogs, and fostered 12 others with my husband and enjoyed every moment of it! Most of them were under the age of 1 year old, so we did all the potty training, crate training, and basic commands. I exposed them to different environments, other dogs, and taught them a lot during their time with us which was anywhere from a month to 4 months. I’m reliable and really intentional about the care of animals. I love my dogs as if they were my kids and I’d treat yours with the same care! I have a full time job, but can work from home some days. I dog sit because I love it and I know how important it is to find someone who will make my dogs feel safe and happy. I intend to do that for those I serve 😊🐶 Note: I generally do not accept requests for house sitting over 4 nights at a time. I love routine and know how animals can thrive in that even when their humans are gone. So I would be happy to keep consistency for your pet if that means being let out at certain times or walked before you get home etc. For doggy daycare: I have a fenced yard and 3 of my own fur babies who love to play with other dogs! I also have a separate gated area in my home if there needs to be separation at times. For House Sitting: (I won’t accept requests over 4 nights). I will follow the owners preferences and safety measures they have in place. I also recommend meet and greets so I understand how you expect things done/handled.

About: Currently offering walks and drop-ins for cats and pups! In the past I have always had a dog in the family and volunteered at local shelters. Now the owner of a seven-year-old german shepherd, Lyra, I am pretty seasoned with the ins-and-outs of caring for furry friends. I have been doing long walk ( mile - 2 mile walk ) challenges to keep her happy and whenever I stop in for a client, I make sure that I give your pup the same amount of attention as if they were my own. Rest assured your pup or cat will be pampered, snuggled, and get some playtime-in. You will receive photo updates (no need to respond) but I am very open during my visits so that you get a full rundown of their condition. I also fill out rover cards with details of activities and I am able to provide a quick pic on request. Please take some time to review the requirements for booking. I look forward to meeting your fur-friend and appreciate your business. My Rover schedule will reflect my availability, however, I may be able to accommodate your needs for an extended stay with communication. Our routine starts with breakfast between 7-10a. followed by a quick walk. We settle in for dinner sometime between 5-8p and usually go out one last time before bed. Pets are a priority in this household. I continue to work toward making sure that needs are met and your dog is comfortable throughout their stay. This includes creating space for smaller pets to lounge and request that all necessary care information is complete on their pet profile.

About: I worked in a vet clinic during college and I studied animal science for a year and a half. I had cats growing up and hope to get a dog one day soon! We have 2 young kids right now, so we are not ready to own our own pet just yet. I am great with training and have trained my friends’ dogs and my cats. Both cats that I most recently lived with knew “up” and know how to sit on command. I am a teacher during the school year and home during the summer. I am free all summer except a trip here and there. I try to keep my calendar as updated as possible, but you can always reach out and ask! I have a big yard, but it is not fenced in so your dog would have to be on a leash. I do not have any pets, but we do have 2 kids.

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since I've been 5 years old. Got my own cat at 10. I've been surrounded by a dog or cat since then. i'm not working at all and looking for a job to do. I got loads of energy and the cold don't bother me much anyways. I just walk dogs. But Ill make sure your dogs are taken care of and have extra water and a bowl every time I take em for a walk.

About: I've been lucky enough to have been able to help my mom with her business raising and selling dogs. Meaning I've dealt with taking care of pregnant dogs, newborn puppies, sick dogs, and senior dogs. I've also taken care of many different kinds of animals from reptilian to aquatic. My current full time job assisted senior living. I don't have a set schedule, but instead shifts I can choose to pick up. About: Animals have been my true my passion since I was young so I started fostering for animal shelters in the area. Shortly later I found myself working at the local animal shelter full time as the foster coordinator and animal welfare technician. I was also in 4h for 12 years showing sheep I even had my own flock of 12 that I bred and raised by myself. I have a pittie and 4 cats of my own as well as the occasional foster animal. I also pride myself in being a certified fear free caregiver for cats and dogs as well. I work full time at the local animal shelter. But still have some extra free time to help care for more animals.
