About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs, and then when I was able to I had two large breeds of my own for many years. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds. I’m a full time teacher, so while weekdays do work, it would need to be around that sort of schedule during the school year. I can provide short term care on weekdays and more intensive care on weekends. During summer months I am wide open to provide care as needed. I’m an avid runner and LOVE to be outside so I’m happy to provide short or long walks for your animal. During summer months, my availability is based largely on your needs.

About: The most experience I have with cats is from having two of my own. I raised one since she was a few months old or so. She’s about 4 years old now. I have roughly 4 years or more of cat experience. I still have more to learn with cats and I’m learning every day with my cats at home.

“I cannot say enough about the awesome puppy-sitting experience I had with Stephanie and Scott (and their super great dog, Rosie)!! I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! They really take an interest in making it a great experience and environment for their pet guest. Rosie was very gentle and tolerant of a very active, playful puppy and Sophie and Rosie are now best pals! We will definitely use Scott and Steph again without any hesitation!”

From the moment we met Jared and his sweet dog Charlie we knew Finn would be in good hands during our 10 day trip. It was such a comfort knowing that Finn had all his favorite things from home and that he was allowed on furniture just like at home. Jared was so great at communicating and shared photos often. We could tell that Finn was doing well. He was able to warm up and relax with Jared and Charlie. In the past when Finn stayed at a kennel he was so nervous and upset when he came home afterwards but when we brought him home after staying with Jared Finn was his same sweet self. We will definitely have Finn stay with Jared during any future trips we take. We’re so grateful to have found Jared and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”
About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. Weekends and evenings are free for me! I would love to drop in and take care of your pet while your away! Pets like their routines and I am totally respectful of that. I can accommodate their particular needs to keep them safe, happy and well cared for!
“Lindsay was absolutely fabulous! Our daughter’s wedding was on this day and she stayed with our two dogs at the resort during all of the wedding festivities. She even brought the dogs over for pictures after the ceremony. 5 stars and two huge thumbs up!! If we are ever in that area of Michigan again and need a sitter for our dogs, Lindsey will be the person to call :)”
