About: I'm a Veterinary Technician with years of experience, along with Animal Care experience. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, majoring in Animal Science with an emphasis in companion animals. I grew up on a hobby farm so I've grown up with animals my entire life. I've had life long experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and other small critters. I live in a house. There is also a park just blocks away! I live with my boyfriend. I have solid references from many pet parents that I have pet sat for for years. I’m comfortable giving medications if need be to your animals while you’re away so no need to worry about missing their scheduled medicine. I’m willing to travel for work. I don’t mind driving to you for in-home pet sitting so your animal is most comfortable where they are. With many years of personal and professional animal handling experience I am comfortable and confident with administering medications that your animal may need, nail trims, walks, play time, cuddles, or whatever they may need. I will follow your instructions to the best of my abilities.

“I had a great experience leaving my 2 dogs with Donna. One of my dogs is older and anxious but she took excellent care of him. She has a big yard with plenty of room for the dogs to run and get exercise. I loved that she sent pictures and updates every few days while I was gone. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“Michael did great with my two dogs. At our meet and greet, both dogs were instantly comfortable with Michael. Michael sent me pictures and updates each day of the boarding. I plan to use Michael again, and strongly recommend him to watch your dogs!”

About: For the last 21 years our home has collected experience with animals with the focus on safety and special care. I worked as a vet tech the first half of my careers life. The last 10 years or so I've worked lightly as a tech but also as a foster coordinator with a major rescue. I help teach new fosters how to safely manage, handle and even train dogs new to a home and make sure they know ways to keep there dog safe. Our home specializes in those that need extra understanding, health care or time to settle in. Dogs are our homes life. We already work around dog care schedules and appropriate trips outside all the time. I'm home all but 2 days a week and provide most mid-day walks and play time. Safety is a big factor in our home. We have years of learning and perfecting dog introductions when boarding and our dogs are very used to new guests coming in and out. When caring for dogs in my own yard but also when providing care at the owners home I always use safe leash handling skills. We dont have a fence so being aware of open doors and guests coming or going is something our whole home is always mentally aware of and our whole focus is keeping our guests safe.

About: I'm a 21 year old college student who has always had a deep love for animals, and I plan on working with them for the rest of my life. I’ve worked in the Pet Care department at PetSmart—including cat adoptions—for over 2.5 years, and I’m currently a doggy daycare attendant and groomer at Waggin’ Tails in Menomonie, where I’ve been for the past 8 months. Each day, I care for groups of 15+ dogs, making sure they’re not only safe, but having fun, getting the enrichment they need, and going home happy and well-cared for. I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, from energetic puppies to sweet seniors, as well as dogs who are deaf, blind, anxious, or need a little extra patience. This has given me valuable experience with dog behavior, basic training, crate and kennel handling, grooming, hygiene, and more. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and now that I’m in college and living in an apartment, I truly cherish my time working with animals. I recently adopted two sweet cats, and they tolerate dogs, though due to my small apartment size, I usually prefer pet sitting or visits at your home. That said, depending on the pet, I’m open to discussing care in my space as well. In addition to my dog care experience, I have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of pets, including birds, small animals, reptiles, and fish. I’m a proud crested gecko and frog mama, and have a well-maintained fish tank. This broad experience has deepened my understanding of the specific needs and care requirements of different types of animals, allowing me to provide well-rounded care for all kinds of pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in for feeding and play, or full-time care while you’re away, I will treat them like one of my own—with love, patience, and plenty of attention. I believe working with animals is my true calling, and I would be honored to meet your pet and be part of their care team! I work at Waggin’ Tails Doggy Daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside of those hours, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care—including evenings and weekends. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities—whether they’re in my care at your home or mine. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two cats who tolerate dogs. While my apartment is small and cozy, it has a large yard just outside my door (unfortunately, it’s not fenced), I’m open to hosting dogs depending on their temperament and needs. However, due to my cats’ personalities, I’m unable to house additional cats at my home. That said, I typically prefer caring for pets in the comfort of their own home, where they feel most secure. I offer a variety of services, including walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, enrichment activities, and even administering medication or supplements if needed. I have personal experience with administering daily medications to my own cats, so I’m gentle and thorough with this process. When caring for pets in your home, I always respect your space and follow any specific routines or care instructions you provide. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, secure, and loved while you’re away.

“Samantha was fabulous!!! She sent me photos of Quincy so I was confident and not worried at all. She took great care of my Quincy!!! He needs eye drops twice a day and she was fine with that too!! I would use Samantha again for sure!!!”

About: I can walk, doggy-sit during evenings and weekends. Prior military knows how difficult it is to trust others to care for your dog. Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.

About: I pet sit my friends & family's pet whenever they need someone to take care of their fur babies! I love making new pet buddies, and want to ensure they are as happy as can be. I work from home so your baby will get non stop attention. My days start early, so drop off and pick up times are pretty flexible. I have a large gated backyard that your dog will enjoy. I spend lots of time outside, so all dogs will get plenty outdoor time. Being that my dogs are small I will only be caring for other small dogs. I look forward to welcoming and caring for your sweet one too.

Carly L.
“In my 25 years of life I thought I was the biggest lover of animals, dogs in particular. Then I met Carly and that love for dogs was matched. Not only does she love these amazing creatures but she respects and cares for them immensely. She advocates for them when they need someone and is so involved in many dog's lives on the daily that unfortunately don’t have someone in their corner. From shelters and adoption to silently helping the ones she’s seeing being mistreated by giving them food or love, even if it meant losing a job. Everything on this planet deserves love but unfortunately for animals many people believe they deserve a lesser form of that. There is not many people I would trust to care for my animals because they are my children but Carly is most definitely the person to go too. Rest assured your beloved furry family members are in more than the best care and will be treated with nothing but love, kindness, and respect. And that I would bet my life on.”

“She is extremely good with dogs, especially the bully breed. She has had english bullies and currently a frenchie so is aware of their needs, allergies, issues and personalities. She has walked our dogs, even had them overnight when we went away for a long weekend.”

Karla W.
“Karla's love for dogs is undeniable. She treats them like her own children, a role she fulfills with dedication and care. I have personally witnessed her exceptional care when she looked after my dog while I was away. Her deep understanding of dogs and their needs is evident in the way she effortlessly navigates the responsibilities of pet care. Karla's expertise in nurturing and looking after dogs is truly commendable.”
