About: I have worked at a vet clinic for the past 7 summers. I have experience with all types of pets especially dogs and cats in a medical and home setting. I have three dogs of my own. I have a very flexible schedule during the summer as I am a college student who works remotely. During the school year I am available but not as frequently. I go to school in Georgia so am available to dog sit in that area from August through May. I am back in Virginia during the summer so my location can vary based on the time of year. I love to spend quality time with your fur babies. If they enjoy cuddles I am your girl. I will take them on walks, play fetch, or simply be someone to keep them company.
About: As someone who was raised on a fully functioning farm, animal husbandry has been a part of my daily routine since I could walk! About: What sets me apart from all sitters is my deep depth for all animals. As a child, I have always developed a love for animals. My love and compassion for animals spilled over into the education field working with students with special needs. Presently, I have four rescue cats, two classroom guinea pigs, and four dogs, one of which is a rescue. I volunteer with my country's animal shelter, and I have fostered and saved many animals. My love for critters is endless. I am a teacher, so teachers do not work in the summer. However, I do work teaching summer school and a camp in June. I can work evenings and remain overnight. My dogs are leash trained. During the day when I am home, they remain in a crate. I live six minutes from work, so they arent in their crates all day. About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
