About: I have been taking care of animals of all kinds for over 10 years! I work full-time Monday through Friday, but am not new to early mornings or late night stops. So if it is an early morning run they need or a late night snuggle session, I can make it happen! If you find yourself stuck at work or getting a delayed flight I can help fill in the gaps. Caring for animals of all kinds, ages, needs, and abilities including farm animals has been my real world job for 10 years. I am comfortable giving meds and injections so that your pet gets everything they need while you are working or away. Let me know what helps your pet feel most comfortable and happy and I will make it happen! I am currently working full-time Monday through Friday 9-5 with weeknights/early mornings and weekends available! If I am around, holidays are available as well! I have a very friendly dog and two lovable cats in my home that love new friends. I am happy to leash walk, crate pets as needed, dispense medications and make adjustments as required. I do not currently have a fenced in yard, but am working on that! I care for pets as if they were my own and boundaries are in place to your specifications! Let's make a plan together.

Lets set up a meet and greet to see if im a good fit for your family. I am licensed, insured and pet safety certified and provide services full time in pike county. My days are usually booked with many happy customers. I provide services in the clients home so their pet can feel comfortable, safe and secure in their own environment. Visits are usually around 30 minutes but can be longer if needed.

About: Hi, Everyone! My name is Cara. Thank you for visiting my page. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm and summer months off. I am currently a part time Binghamton University graduate student studying for a masters degree in early childhood special education. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away to ease your anxiety. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white pitbull fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away.
