About: Always joking that dogs are superior but in truthfulness love all animals. Experienced with dogs but open to providing care for other pets. Will strictly adhere to owner requests, so long as they are humane. (Furniture ok vs not allowed, food/walking schedule, treats, etc.). There will be no shortage of affection and attention, assuming the pet is receptive. Open to assisting with reactive or challenging pets. Attempting to build a trusting bond is an inherent desire. Work from home so (brief) walks, potty breaks, playtime, etc can be provided through entirety of day. Longer walks before 8am or after 5pm. Available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Live alone so no concerns about other pets or children. Have decent sized yard but do require a leash since there is no fence. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

My most notable qualities are responsibility and respect; that goes for your home and your pets. I want to make them feel comfortable with a new face and some attention while you’re away! My current work schedule changes week to week but I am very flexible with hours for the days marked available on my calendar. Im comfortable getting up early before work to get their day started. I am available for walking, feeding, play-time, etc. I am unable to keep pets in my apartment at this time but can bring them to hiking trails or dog parks for exercise at your request. I can also keep them comfortable in your home/yard space.

We also have a rescue Yorkie that weighs 2 pounds who needs to be coaxed to eat. Alexus let him sit on her lap and held his food dish until he was comfortable enough to eat! She’s the dog whisperer ? I have had a variety of dogs and cats growing up and most recently live with two 100+ pound rottweilers. We bred our female rottweiler and raised 12 healthy beautiful pups! Family members and neighbors have relied on me to feed, bathe, walk, administer medicine, and take care of their furry babies! I have over 15 years of experience caring for all types of animals (even birds and hamsters)! No matter the age, breed, or aggression level, I have seen it all and I am ready to spoil your baby! I am currently a student at Penn State and am looking for some work for the summer so I will have ample time to give your fur babies the care they deserve! I will leave your place better than I found it and leave your dog happier than before! My dogs at home have been crate trained and I am willing to crate your fur babies as well! About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!
