3. Joanne R.
“Joanne has been a dog trainer since she was a young teenager. She knows everything canine and loves them with all her being. She's been a breeder and prides herself on delivering the puppies to the new owners already housebroken and with the basic commands learned. She has trained search & rescue dogs, too. Joanne has cared for our dog on several occasions, and we told him he was going to stay at Doggie Disneyland. Very competent and reliable!!”
4. Vely P.
“Vely was awesome. We were welcomed in to see her home before leaving the dogs. We felt fully comfortable leaving our 2 pups with her. She had great communication the entire visit, with lots of pics and messages! We have already booked our next stay with her!”
5. Nicole K.
“My first time using Rover and my first time dropping my my baby off at day care. I know Shoto had so much fun playing with all the other pups. Nicole sent me pictures and updates. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. He will be back to play again!!”
6. Kayla V.
“Had a wonderful experience with Kayla. She was very responsive to messages. My fur kid is a rescue who had been abused - she can be a little skittish and nervous around new people, and in new environments. She seemed to take to Kayla immediately. I got a photo of her snuggling with her on the couch which made my day :) Have booked her for another daycare visit, and dog-sitting for a week long trip we are taking.”
7. Janet M.
“Janet always puts the animals needs first. They are the heart of who she is. She is the most pet-centric person I have ever known. She is loving, kind and generous with the animals, helping the most fearful find trust, feel safe and feel loved. She is a strong advocate of all animals. She has years of quality experience in caring for animals. You can rest and vacation with peace of mind when you hire her to care for your animals.”
8. Susan W.
“Susan is always great with our puppy! He had surgery this week and she took the best care of him while I was at work. She is our go to sitter, and she is so flexible with my schedule!”
9. Jose Z.
“Jose was great. We did the daycare option for our elderly fur baby. He ensured that she was in a space where she would be comfortable. Jose took her for walks and sent pictures and videos of her. Also, Jose communicated any changes in the stay. I appreciated that he alerted me to 2 dogs that would be joining that evening in advance of our arrival. I’m always nervous to leave my baby with someone new but Jose is the exactly the type of person I hope for when I do.”

12. April R.
About: I started working in the animal care industry at 15 as a kennel technician at a vets office, I went to college and became a certified veterinary technician. I have been dog sitting and pet sitting for 10 plus years. I am pending employment as a technician 4 days a wk when I am working my husband assists with walks and feeding. I try to walk pets about 4-5 times a day. I work 4 days a week and on those days my husband assists with noon walks and afternoon walks and feeding. I have a fenced yard and multi bedroom house, my pets are crate trained or have their own room to avoid exposure and stress. I do not co mingle my personal pets with other animals. A multiple acre fully fenced property, that has an automatic refilling livestock tank/doggy pool available when outside.
13. Kiara C.
“Nothing bad to say! She is awesome in taking care of my pet! I definitely would go back to her.”
14. Jani B.
“Jani was great with Junior. He only stayed with her for the day. He can be fickle in his old age but loves people. She did great getting him comfortable in her home and giving him attention but also his freedom when needed. I received constant pictures which is always great! Will use Jani again if needed!”
15. Mandy B.
“Mandy was a terrific short-notice dog sitter! Molly, my newly adopted mixed breed, loved playing with Mandy's "assistant" Barkley, a Golden Retriever! I sincerely appreciated Mandy's communication with me and flexibility with my changing schedule. I rely on reviews when selecting services such as these and can confidently recommend Mandy for your furry family member.”
16. Deanna M.
“Deanna is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring and personable and my pup, Toby just absolutely adores her and her little 10yo dog Nicco! Could not separate Toby and Nicco from each other and Toby gravitated to Deanna all the time forgetting I was even around or came to pick him up. Deanna's partner also loves animals and loves Toby. Toby sat on his feet even every time he or Deanna sat down. Very refreshing, their home and yard are perfect for dogs and cats and they really love and care for them as if they are theirs. Even let Toby sleep with them too. So funny and cute. Deanna is very willing to work with you and your schedule and you just need to be fair and keep in communication with her. Glad she became part of the Rover team, our favorite people Sheri and Jim in Lakeland and their beloved 14yo lab Charlotte, moved away a year ago and Toby and I greatly missed them. So happy to welcome Deanna here in Lakeland now with Rover for quite a few months; just had not looked or found her until end of February. She is the best.”
17. Alberto Q.
“I booked with Alberto as a last minute resort and I was very happy to have found such a caring person who truly cares about the fur babies left in his care. My Princess was taken care of and I look forward to using his services again”
18. Jon B.
“Jon is a very caring person in himself. He has two dogs at home and cares for them by walking them, playing with them and helps grooming them.. Jon is a college student living off campus in a house and has a dog there to take care of by walking the dog, feeding him and playing with him. Jon is very conscience, and responsible, I believe he would make a very good pet sitter.”
19. Alyssa K.
“Alyssa is a very hard working girl who loves all animals. As a rover employee myself, I can vouch that you definitely want her to take care of your pet.”
20. Dadrienne B.
“Dadrienne was fantastic she accommodated my dogs last minute after plans had changed. My dogs seemed so happy when I picked them up and they love her!
