My 17 year old, special needs, completely blind, silky mix dog, Paisley, who also has dementia, stayed with Ms Annette for 8 days while we were on vacation. We were able to bring Paisley to meet Ms Annette prior to boarding her. Things could not have gone better. Ms. Annette was patient, kind, caring, and gave Paisley time to come to her and be comfortable. Her home was spotless as was the separate grooming / boarding area. Dogs have use of / access to both the boarding and home areas, as well as a spacious, outdoor, shady, grassy backyard area to play. Ms Annette even allows dogs on her couch. Because of her age and special needs status, it became impossible to leave Paisley at a typical kennel as they were unable to provide the specialized care and attention she needed. Ms. Annette was able to provide the specialized care needed, provided a lot of love and belly rubs, and even taught Paisley to use her doggy door!! She kept Paisley under her usual home routine which resulted in a smooth transition home. When going to pick her up, Ms Annette greeted me with Paisley in her arms. Paisley was clean, as were her doggy blanket and bed. During her stay, Ms Annette sent daily updates, photos, and videos, confirming Paisley was adjusting well, had made new friends. Ms Annette is 100% recommended. Great care! Lots of love!! Communicative! Board your pet worry free knowing they’ll be very well cared for with Ms. Annette!”

About: When I was 12 a stray Tom adopted us. My mother and I would bandage him after his escapades. I have since then taken care of feral cats and helped get them spayed and neutered. About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid. I also have watched dogs for my friends. My two oldest daughters head off to college this August. However, my mom lives next door and she has two dogs, Daisy and Zoe. They visit often. But when we are watching other dogs, they will not visit. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for your pup while you are away. I am able to watch your fury family member any weekend during the school year or June/July over the summer. I am not available: July 6-9 After July 30, I am back at school. I am available to watch your fury family member Friday (after 3:30) until Sunday evening (anytime.) I have a pool for them to swim in and and fully fenced in area around my house. I have about 40 acres we can take leashed walks on if you would like. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.
