He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. “EXCELLENT LOVING CARE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My 17 year old, special needs, completely blind, silky mix dog, Paisley, who also has dementia, stayed with Ms Annette for 8 days while we were on vacation. We were able to bring Paisley to meet Ms Annette prior to boarding her. Things could not have gone better. Ms. Annette was patient, kind, caring, and gave Paisley time to come to her and be comfortable. Her home was spotless as was the separate grooming / boarding area. Dogs have use of / access to both the boarding and home areas, as well as a spacious, outdoor, shady, grassy backyard area to play. Ms Annette even allows dogs on her couch. Because of her age and special needs status, it became impossible to leave Paisley at a typical kennel as they were unable to provide the specialized care and attention she needed. Ms. Annette was able to provide the specialized care needed, provided a lot of love and belly rubs, and even taught Paisley to use her doggy door!! She kept Paisley under her usual home routine which resulted in a smooth transition home. When going to pick her up, Ms Annette greeted me with Paisley in her arms. Paisley was clean, as were her doggy blanket and bed. During her stay, Ms Annette sent daily updates, photos, and videos, confirming Paisley was adjusting well, had made new friends. About: I have had a big passion for animals since childhood. I grew up with many animals and always dreamed of working with animals. I graduated from university with an associate in veterinary technician. I been working for several years in veterinary medicine and doggy daycare i really have fun and enjoy all my time with them. About: I wake up every early at 4:40 am so if owners need me to walk or run with their dogs early in the morning I can do that. I love dogs and been surrounded by all type of animals my whole life. “Deanna is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring and personable and my pup, Toby just absolutely adores her and her little 10yo dog Nicco! Could not separate Toby and Nicco from each other and Toby gravitated to Deanna all the time forgetting I was even around or came to pick him up. Deanna's partner also loves animals and loves Toby. Toby sat on his feet even every time he or Deanna sat down. Very refreshing, their home and yard are perfect for dogs and cats and they really love and care for them as if they are theirs. Even let Toby sleep with them too. So funny and cute. Deanna is very willing to work with you and your schedule and you just need to be fair and keep in communication with her. Glad she became part of the Rover team, our favorite people Sheri and Jim in Lakeland and their beloved 14yo lab Charlotte, moved away a year ago and Toby and I greatly missed them. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was about 12. I’m very experienced and even have three pets of my own, two dogs and one cat. I’ve raised all of my animals since they were babies, so I am comfortable with young animals and confident in my abilities to take care of them. I’m able to confidently administer medication’s as needed to pets at the owner’s request. I am available whenever as long as I am able to work my normal Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM job while pet sitting. The most availability I have is on weekends if you need uninterrupted pet sitting. I make sure that pet safety is the most important thing when taking care of someone else’s pets. I ensure dogs stayed leashed when not in a fenced in environment, and I watch out for cats sneaking out of houses. I will make sure whatever safety concerns the owner has during the visit are my number one priority.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for most of my life. My first dog was our family’s black Lab, Nya. Then I got my own dog, Henry, a Jack Russell Terrier mix who was by my side for 12 wonderful years. As Henry got older, he experienced a variety of health issues, so I became very comfortable administering medication, including oral medications and eye drops. I’m also familiar with caring for dogs who require a specific diet and a little extra patience and attention. I recently had to say goodbye to Henry, and while I’m not quite ready to welcome another dog of my own, I deeply miss the companionship and joy that comes with having a furry friend around. About: I have owned dogs since was 9/10 years-old, and enjoy playing with dogs and love keeping them occupied espically puppies. For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside".
