“Tenay was not only responsive, she kept us up-to-date with pictures on a daily basis. It's tough leaving a beloved pet alone for a long period of time, but she offered peace of mind to our family. Highly recommend, and the dog wasn't frazzled when we returned like he would be after being boarded at the vet - he seemed to have a blast.”

“Mikayla was absolutely terrific, staying at our home and taking care of our little Chewy dog! We regularly communicated and she sent us pictures -- it was all very reassuring. Mikayla even washed the sheets and towels she had used! I highly recommend her to anyone and we'll definitely be using Rover.com and trying to reserve Mikayla again!”

“Savannah was amazing! Nash had a great weekend with her! She was very good at communicating and she took great care of him. I highly recommend her and will be using her again in the future!!”

About: Hi! I’m Lillian, and I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all kinds (more frequently larger dogs) mostly for friends and family but now I’m excited to expand my horizons and offer my help to fellow pet parents in the community! Growing up, I helped care for a physically challenged dog, which taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to adapt to any pup’s needs. I’m comfortable with all personalities, energy levels, and special requirements. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or specific routines, I’m happy to follow any instructions you provide to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I truly treat every animal like they’re part of the family. Can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! It depends what the owner wants for their animal/home I’m happy to be however flexible they want me to be. Some families prefer pet sitters to stay at their homes overnight and spend most of their day caring for the pet while other families prefer sitters to drop in every 4 hours or so to feed, provide water, entertain, and walk the animal. I’m ok doing which ever but my schedule might differ depending on the week but communication is all that matters! I cannot offer boarding since I will be moving into a non pet friendly apartment soon but for overnight/day pet sitting I will just follow your directions and rules!

“I cannot recommend Lena enough! She went above and beyond in every way — sending me so many updates and adorable pictures that gave me total peace of mind while I was away. It was so clear that she truly cared for my dog like she was her own. My pup looked so happy and relaxed in every photo, and I could tell she was getting tons of love, attention, and snuggles. Knowing she was in such great hands made all the difference. She even left me a handwritten note to come home to which was so sweet. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely passionate about animals, Lena is the one!”

“Carson was extremely caring and communicative while taking care of my pup last minute. I appreciated the photos and updates and checking in about any doubts, and I know my baby had a blast! Would definitely book again :)”

About: As someone who grew up in and out of vet clinics, I have a lot of experience with caring for and watching cats and dogs. At the moment, I’m working part time at different hours. I’ll be available for overnight care on weekends and before and after work hours during the week. I live in a four bedroom apartment with three roommates so I will only be able to care for pets in clients’ homes. I make sure to stimulate the pet with play and outdoor activities while also ensuring rest during hotter times of the day. Overnight, I would allow the pet to sleep in the room with me so they can feel safe and comfortable.

“Karli stayed at my house and took care of my dog while I was out of town, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She treated my home with respect and my dog with so much love and attention. I received regular updates and photos that gave me total peace of mind the entire time I was away. My dog was calm, happy, and clearly well-cared for when I got back—which is all I can ask for! I will definitely book her again. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Cherish is wonderful. Kept me updated with photos while I was away. I used many sitters over the years and she is by far the BEST. Even my house was clean when I came home. Will certainly book with her again and highly recommend her. She loves your critters like they are hers.”

“Evan took great care of my standard poodle for over a week. He followed my detailed instructions for feeding and walking routines, sent pictures and kept me updated on how my boy was doing. I highly recommend Evan!”

About: I’ve had the joy of caring for my dog Rocky since he was a teen until he went to heaven, and I miss him every day. He was such a gift, and made me fall even more in love with all doggos! I’ve also pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors in California, Texas, and now Baton Rouge. From belly rubs to daily walks, I make sure every pup gets the love and attention they deserve while their favorite humans are away. I’m currently a grad student at LSU, so I have the flexibility to offer care throughout the weekdays, whether it’s am or pm or pockets of time. I have a lot of experience adjusting, work, school, and let’s be honest, life in the calendar (we love organization over here!) and pet care fits great into that routine. I’m happy to work around your pup’s needs to ensure they get all the attention and love they deserve. When caring for your pets in their own home, my main priorities are creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment. I understand that having a stranger come into their space is a big deal, so I make an extra effort to respect their environment and establish trust from the moment I arrive. I follow any specific instructions you provide regarding routines, diet, and special needs to ensure your pet's thriving. I also take care to keep their environment safe and secure, whether that’s ensuring doors are closed, cleaning up, or anticipating any potential hazards. Our pups will show us when they're feeling comfortable, excited, or in need of extra attention, and I make sure to stay tuned in to their needs.

“Katie is amazing! She took wonderful care of my dogs while we were out of town. She was so easy to communicate with and we loved the daily updates and pictures. We will definitely be booking with Katie again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every breed my entire life. I’ve always consecutively (2 over 16 years) owned Huskies. They match my energy and personality. I am open to pet care and pet walks all the time as I am in between jobs and selling my house. Dogs are the best company. I have a fenced yard and a dog door. There is endless water with my giant water jug feeder. My home is 3 bedrooms open with a window to see out.

“Kristen took great care of our two large dogs! She kept me updated the entire time with lots of pictures. She has a busy work/school schedule, but was very accommodating to our dogs needs and made sure to be at our house with them during all her breaks. Our dogs loved having her stay with them”

She was responsible and timely, coming twice a day to not only feed him but also to provide some love! Ryan H.
“Ryan’s been walking our dogs for a while now and honestly, he’s great. Our pups are always tired out and happy when they get back, so you know he’s actually giving them a proper walk and not just going around the block. He’s super reliable, always shows up when he says he will and shoots us a quick text about how it went. The dogs clearly like him, which is really all that matters to us. He’s our neighbor so we see him around, and he’s just a solid, trustworthy guy. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about your dog and isn’t just going through the motions, Ryan’s your guy. We’d definitely use him again.”
