While we had some miscommunication about his potty routine that led to some accidents, they remained patient and caring throughout his stay. They sent us multiple pictures and videos to keep us updated on how Rosie was doing and you could just see how much love and attention she was getting during her stay with them. Not only that, but they were so incredibly accommodating to us when the snow storm hit and our travel plans were disrupted. They even offered to have our dog stay the night before when we thought we may have had to leave earlier than expected. For pickup, they accommodated us once again, so we could pick up our dog late and then they were available when our time changed. About: Previously I’ve had 2 years of professional dog handling experience from working at dog daycare and boarding facilities. Every day, I would spend hours playing with pups of all different ages, breeds, and sizes. I worked hard to make sure they were fed (and medicated if needed), hand feeding them and sitting down with them if they were too anxious to eat in a new environment. I cared for at least 30 dogs a day, sometimes up to 60. All of them hold a special place in my heart, and I still remember over 200 names. There, I was taught the proper ways to handle and walk dogs. I was also trained on CPR in case of emergencies. Every dog I met had a different personality, so I had to learn from experience how to handle each and every one of them differently. Additionally, I own two cats and have knowledge in basic feline first aid, including CPR. I’ve also raised two litters of kittens in the past, from birth to when they became 2-3 months old. It would be an honor if you decide to choose me to care of your pet, cat or dog, it’s something that I greatly enjoy doing. No matter how big, small, rough, excited, or grumpy your pet is, I would love to care for them. No accommodation is too difficult for me. About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! About: Hi! My name is Mackenzie and I’m looking forward to taking care of your pet(s). I have experience working as a vet assistant in an animal clinic and kennel. I also attend Louisiana State University as a pre-vet student. Alongside my work experience, I have grown up my whole life with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. About 3 years ago, I adopted a senile dachshund from the shelter. He had many health problems and from working in the clinic and kennel I am very used to administering medicine. I also don’t mind cleaning up any messes your pet makes as I am very used to it. I am no doubt an animal lover and I’m looking forward to gaining more experience while working with your pets and taking care of them! I already have a part time job that I work in the evenings, 2-3x a week, but I am graduating soon and my availability will be very open during the day. I am definitely a workaholic and I make myself pretty available! After school, I have a pretty set schedule with how I care for my animals. I have a huge fenced in yard that my dogs run around in. I have a little fence blocking off my cats from my dogs so everyone has their own little area and my guinea pigs are kept in their own cages on tables in their own little area. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.

Just for reference, my baby is a male, mini-dachshund. He’s 11 years old and is a timid, loving sweet boy. But if that’s not an option, that’s okay too! About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life! Friends and family have trusted me with their animals when they‘ve gone out of town many times. I’m an Instructional Coach at a school in my district, so I won’t be home during the day unless it’s weekends or when I’m on break. During the summer though I’ll be home majority of the time. My sister lives with me and she has a dog, but they’re sweet and have their own room. I take care of pets by giving them food, water, and bathroom trips as often as needed. I also make sure to have play time with them, which is my favorite! I can make sure to give them any medicine or put them on a leash when going outside if that’s what you need.

About: As a pet owner myself, I have experience with how to keep feeding routines, administer meds, walks, playtime, potty breaks, grooming and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m currently working remotely and part time. This leaves me plenty of time to care for pets on weekdays and weekends, throughout the day. Early mornings and late evenings are no problem. We have a private fenced in yard for those that need ample activity. Pets are cared for in the home but also have their own room for when they need a quiet corner.
