About: Hi, I’m Kristen (I go by my middle name, Lauren)! I’ve been around animals before I started walking. I contribute my love of animals to my mother, who couldn’t hurt a fly. I’ve had my own animals since I was 20 years old. I work alongside my local animal shelter and have fostered for them for the last 5 years. I am also on the board of a nonprofit (Friends of the Tipton County Animal Shelter) that helps animals in our community. I have experience with dogs of all ages and most breeds. I also had a Catahoula that was born deaf and partially blind, so I have experience with dogs with disabilities as well. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule and can work from home most days. If I had to go into work, the most your pet would be left alone would be from 8-4:30. I have a fenced in, huge, backyard. I live in a friendly neighborhood, where I know all of our neighbors. I have 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats, all of which are extremely dog friendly and are used to having foster dogs coming in and out. If your dog is crate trained and you prefer me to also use them, I have plenty of all sizes. I also have the space to contain my cats, if needed.

About: I have always been an animal lover and had pets all my life. I have rescued and fostered many dogs and have also been a foster fail a few times because I became so attached. I am down to one pup now named Charlie. He is my pride and joy and he is spoiled rotten. I have volunteered at the Humane Society , been a pet sitter for many of my friends in the past. So I decided why not do it as a job and then I can be around them a lot more. So that's what I am doing. I have lots of references that will vouch that I indeed do love animals. I am retired since 2009 and do work a very part-time job. So I can give your fur babies all the attention they require and need. I can care for pets in my home as long as they would get along with my dog, Charlie. There would have to be an initial meeting first to determine that.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was an infant, my passion and love for them is indescribable! 1000% treated as mine own, they are loved and played with countless times, throughout the day! About: We are a family of three with a French bulldog named "Tammy". We love dogs and enjoy taking care of them and treating them as part of our family. We will take your dog for daily walks along with some fun and games and treats. We have a four bedroom home and a large backyard with six foot fences. Plenty of room for playtime, interaction and attention. We are available 7 days a week for a short or long term stays. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover for all my life. I grew up with dogs and have been a dog owner for over 20 years. About my yard I have a large backyard and it's fenced in. The amount of space in my backyard is about 0.38 acres. My experience administering medication Yes, as long as the owner approves and have provided instructions. I'm currently working part-time from home, so i'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm also available for doggy day care on weekdays and on weekends Saturday only. I have a fenced yard and one friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I will always keep an eye on your dog to care for and keep them comfortable. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I have had my own pet starting at age 6. Ive always loved taking care of animals. Ive had a rat, guinea pig, cats, dogs, and birds. I know how to be kind and very caring. I am a stay at home mom looking to help someone watch their pet and help take care of them. I am very flexible with availability and timing. I will take care of pets to make sure their needs are met and to keep them happy. I will take special requests seriously and be very respectful towards someone else's pet. I grew up in rural Tennessee raising dogs, cats, chickens, and various other small critters. I have professional experience in dog daycare, boarding (cats, too!), and grooming, as well as personal experience in animal care from dogs and cats to equine, reptiles, and birds. I'm capable of giving medications as well as caring for diabetic dogs and cats and administering insulin injections. My fiancee, Daniel, has many years of experience with farm animals, as well as an extensive understanding of veterinary practices through his own personal experiences in pet care. His patience with animals allows him to provide standard grooming and hygeine care to even the most unruly dogs in a safe and stress-reducing manner. In addition, we both have experience with dog/puppy training, whelping litters of puppies, senior animal care, and much more! We're both avid animal lovers and are excited to give your pet/s the best care we possibly can! I'm currently doing pet care full time from my home in Bartlett and am fortunate to be able to service a wide range in the Shelby and Tipton County areas! I can provide drop ins at most times of day, and potty breaks aren't a problem and can be provided as often as needed. Additionally, my fiancee works 5 mins away from home and is able to stop by our house and provide care during lunch hours, and he is home full time on weekends. We have 5 crate trained dogs of our own, as well as 2 cats who have their own luxurious bedroom. We have a large fenced in backyard where the pups are free to run and play and frolick as they like. They always have access to clean drinking water, enrichment toys, and a cozy place to lay down and rest. I'm more than happy to do small basic training as needed (such as teaching them to sit or stay if they're a little rambunctious, or assisting in kennel training for nervous dogs). As well, I have leash trained all of my pets and may be willing to assist in leash training yours. I trained all of my dogs myself and plan to become officially certified in dog training within the next year. Please know that we are a crate-and-gate household. What this means is that we love crate-trained dogs, but we welcome free-roaming dogs as long as they respect the boundaries of the baby gates. We take in many dogs of varying backgrounds and temperaments, so we have to have strict safety measures in place in the event of altercations or dogs who simply cannot be together. If your pup insists on pushing down baby gates, opening doors, or in any way forcing themselves where they aren't permitted, we may have to discuss alternative care options for the future.

We just needed someone to watch Guini for the day, and Julie sent updates all day, including a ton of videos of her having a blast at a huge dog park. She extremely response; including considering I sent the initial request late in the evening.”

About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).
