“This was my first experience with boarding on an app, but I am so thankful I found Todd and Tracy! Communication was so easy and we got lots of pictures of our girl Maisie. I can tell she had an absolute blast and really enjoyed her stay! Moving forward I will only use Todd and Tracy for all my boarding needs. Thank you Todd and Tracy, you were great!”

“We weren’t sure how to feel leaving our kitten with a stranger, but Arienne assured us he was in good hands. She took such good care of him and sent us updates each day. He seemed to have a lot of fun with her and her girls. We will definitely consider her again when we need to board Plinko!”

“It was wonderful to have my Ginger in Joy's care! This was my first boarding experience after recently moving to the area and it was easeful throughout. It was a last minute booking, yet Joy was able to accommodate for a meet and greet beforehand. Her attentiveness and great communication throughout made things comfortable, and I truly appreciated the daily pictures and updates. I'd recommend Joy to anyone wanting a great one on one experience for their pup!”

“Charlotte was amazing with my dog, Bailey!! She sent photos for me, took him out for walks, and gave him lots of love. I absolutely recommend her for boarding and other care for your pet!”

About: I have a genuine love for animals and enjoy making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and set of needs, and I am happy to adjust my care to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I have a Boston Terrier of my own, so I understand the importance of patience, attention, exercise, and giving pets plenty of affection. I am responsible, dependable, and attentive to details, whether that means going on walks, keeping pets on their normal feeding schedules, providing playtime, or simply giving them extra company and cuddles. I am also willing to care for puppies and senior pets and follow any specific instructions provided by their owners. My goal is to give every pet the same love, attention, and care I would want for my own dog! I am currently working part-time as a private basketball trainer so I have a lots of extra time while also attending A&M to obtain my degree in sports management! I live in an apartment so no backyard but don’t let that shy you away!! My dog and I walk 5 miles daily and we have a dog park just down the stairs!! We absolutely love staying active and this is just another way to help your fur babies active while you’re away!!
“Makayla did a wonderful job watching our pup, Koda! She was very friendly and communicative, and sent us update pictures of our happy little guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave our puppy with her again!”

About: I’ve had pets for 6 years now. I got my first Ragdoll cat in 2020, then raised a black Labrador from a puppy in 2021. We spent a lot of time together and went on a lot of trips, so he’s pretty used to new places and changes. My friends used to call my pets “travel pets.” In 2024, I also got a Siamese cat. I’m very used to having pets around all the time and spending long hours with them. I really enjoy being with animals. Being around pets makes me happy and gives me a lot of energy, and I’m more than happy to spend time just hanging out with them, playing, walking, or keeping them company. I’m a PhD student at Texas A&M, and I mostly work from home since my work is computer-based. I don’t need to go into an office except for occasional meetings, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I usually like to take pets out first thing after I wake up, and during the day I have plenty of breaks where I’m happy to spend time playing with them or just hanging out. I’m around most of the day, so pets are rarely left alone for long periods. I often watch my friends’ pets, especially when they go home for holidays or travel, so I’m used to caring for pets that are new to me. I’m pretty good at getting pets to feel comfortable quickly, and I always take things slow and let them set the pace. I keep my place clean and calm, and I’m careful about safety and routines. I want pets to feel safe and relaxed, not stressed.
About: Hi! My name is Kenzie Baulier and I’m an Animal Science major at Texas A&M, working toward a certificate in Equine Science. I plan to go to veterinary school in the future because caring for animals has always been my passion. I have 4–5 years of experience dog sitting and walking, and I’ve also fostered dogs of different breeds and personalities. In my free time, I volunteer at the Aggieland Humane Society, where I get hands-on experience helping animals in need. Along with small animals, I also work with horses as part of my job at A&M, so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and temperaments. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pets company, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I’d love the chance to help care for your pets and give you peace of mind while you’re away! 🐾 I work part-time but have a very flexible schedule during the week and on weekends. Fitting in pet care is never an issue, so your pets can get the attention and care they need whenever you need it! I have a fenced-in yard, plus access to a neighborhood dog park and a locked-in grassy field, so your pets can safely run, play, and explore. My roommate has a friendly dog, but I keep him separate when caring for other dogs, ensuring a safe and stress-free environment for your pet.
About: I have experience working at a boarding facility for 2 years-current, which has given me skills in training puppies and providing specialized care for senior dogs. Your pets are in good hands! -additional rates (such as additional dogs/holiday rates) can be discussed per request! Pet care fits really well into my routine. I currently work part time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Since I’m not in school right now, I’m able to dedicate consistent time and attention to the pets I watch, whether it’s for walks, check ins, or overnight care. In my home, I create a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of playtime and regular walks. In clients' homes, I follow their routines closely, ensuring pets feel secure and loved.
“Winnie loved staying with Mason and his dog, who was a great playmate for our girl who had just lost her companion. He was diligent with communicating with us about a minor concern that came up during her stay, and we definitely felt like she was in good hands!”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
