I’m a PhD student at UTEP, and during the summer, I work from home—which means I have a flexible schedule and am available most of the time for pet care. Since my research and coursework are self-paced right now, I can easily plan my day around walks and drop-ins. Caring for pets adds a fun and fulfilling break to my routine, and I love having the chance to spend time with animals while providing dependable, loving care. Your pet will get my full attention and care throughout the day! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, playtime routines, or giving medication. I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, love, and mental stimulation while you’re away. I also keep your home tidy and send regular updates with photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to provide peace of mind and ensure your pet feels comfortable and safe in their familiar space.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and ages over the years—from helping pups transition off their mother’s milk to supporting senior dogs through their final vet visits. I’ve experienced many different situations with dogs, each one teaching me something new. No matter how much time I’ve spent with them, I always stay open to learning and growing alongside them. I currently work full-time with a school district, with hours until 6 PM Monday through Friday. During the school year, my weekends are fully open for pet care, and I’ll also be available on weekdays whenever we are on school breaks or vacations. I treat my cats and dog as if they were my own children, and I would extend that same love and care to your pets as well. From administering medication and accommodating picky eaters to playtime, fresh water, and all the details that go into attentive pet care—I handle it all with patience and dedication.

About: My family worked with the Texas GSP rescue for 15 years, fostering an average of 2-3 dogs a year ever since I was 5 years old. I have also trained and cared for my families dogs every since I was old enough to do so. In my senior year of high school, I interned at a veterinarian clinic and worked at a veterinarian clinic in Lubbock. I am currently taking online college classes over the summer so my schedule is very flexible and I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I am currently not able to board pets in my home so as of right now I will not be able to provide this service

I am consistently available 11:00 a.m. until 12 midnight. I am available for your late night pet care needs! I do 20 to 30 minute dog walks depending on your preference. I spend the amount of time specified in the home and longer if you prefer. I clean up after pets and myself. I make sure they are loved, played with and cared for!
