About: Life is Good with pets! I have been providing professional pet care services for dogs for over 5 years. I have always had different dogs in my life from childhood to adulthood. I’ve seen how happy my own pet is from taking him on regular walks and I am excited to provide this same experience for other pets. I have a large, fenced yard in a semi-rural neighborhood, and I enjoy taking dogs on nice long walks. Pets are allowed on furniture to snuggle and I am also happy to crate train pets, if preferred. I am currently working from home, so I have most of my time to give attention and love to your pet. I am happy to provide these services at all times. I have plenty space and a fenced yard for your pet to play or simple go on potty breaks, if needed. The services requested will be depending on the customers offer :)

About: Since age 8, I’ve helped with my grandmother’s pet sitting business, caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other animals. I have hands-on experience training my own dogs using positive reinforcement techniques and have spent years working with and caring for horses, both personally and through volunteering at a local horse barn. I also have experience caring for small animals and rodents, giving me confidence working with pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life, as animals have always been a huge part of it. Outside of pet sitting, I currently only work at my part-time job from 3 PM to 1 AM on Thursdays and Fridays, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the rest of the week. This schedule allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets in my care, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I treat every pet as if they were my own and do my best to keep them on their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water at all times, get plenty of exercise, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I also make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding medications, training routines, or household rules. My goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and caring environment so both pets and owners feel at ease while they’re away.

I currently have 5 pets, who I consider my children, and that is the least amount of animals I have ever owned at once. (Only due to apartment living.) Caring for animals is my comfort and passion, it truly brings me joy. I have never lived a day without pets- and I don’t want to, so, I focused my career around them. However, I’m still in search of more! I am currently a manager at a dog boarding facility part time, and I love my job, but I would love to find more local work. At my facility, I am currently managing multiple groups of up to 20 free ranged dogs at a time. I have worked with nearly every dog breed out there, and I have loved them all. I have experience in handling many medical conditions in dogs, such as anxiety, allergies, seizures, joint issues, diabetes, asthma, and many more. I also have experience in administering a multitude of medications, including inhalers and insulin. I am currently working part time, and my work days are typically the same each week. I am unavailable on my work days during hours 4 AM- 3 PM, but I would love to work with you any other time! The approach I take to care for a pet depends on the pets temperament and needs. I take a slow, easy approach to dog care. I let dogs sniff, wander, and just be themselves, whether we’re doing a neighborhood walk, a quick potty break, or a longer trail outing. Every walk is just two dogs at most, so your pup gets real time and attention. I always send photo updates along the way so you can see how they’re doing. I welcome dogs of all sizes who are friendly with other dogs, cats, and people. For boarding, I have a large fenced backyard and keep things small and relaxed — more like a home than a kennel. I also offer occasional house sitting for dogs who are happiest in their own space. I’d love to meet your pup! Feel free to reach out to check availability or set up a meet-and-greet. Fridays are my day off, so walks are unhurried and get my full attention. For boarding, I'm home all weekend, so any dog staying with me has someone around rather than sitting alone in an empty house. Dogs staying with me have access to a large fenced backyard and are never left alone outside. Inside, I keep a calm, low-stimulation environment. My Cavalier Louie lives here full time, so any boarding dog will be introduced to him gradually and supervised until I'm confident they're comfortable together. I do a meet and greet with Louie before confirming any boarding stay. For house sitting, I follow the owner's routine as closely as possible so the dog's environment feels as normal as it can while they're away. Photo updates are sent throughout any service.
