About: Everyone calls me when they need a reliable and dedicated pair of hands to watch over their children. Yes, I treat every dog like a furry child. I've helped raise dogs from 6 weeks to 16 years old. The young and the old need a little more attention and I'm happy to help. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I have taken care of my pet rabbit everyday. I’m open to cats or dogs or any other types of pets, even snakes, I actually love snakes. They’re so cute. I’m a freshman in college, and I am taking a path to becoming a veterinarian. I enjoy having the ability to interact with them on a daily basis. I currently have one fur baby of my own, Roxy (13 yo Jack Russell), but I have been around all types of animals since I was little, and I can't imagine my life without them. I believe in positive reinforcement training versus negative reinforcement, which supports an animal’s overall well being. My goal is to make sure that your dog is fully sated from our walk so that when you get home you have a relaxed doggie! Having had more than one dog of my own in the past I am experienced in walking multiple dogs at a time, so if you have 2 or more dogs that need daily walks I am up for it! About: I’ve loved animals my whole life, and I’ve had the pleasure of living with, and pet sitting for multiple cats and dogs. I’ve done both kitty and dog meds, so if you have a high maintenance fur child like me, I’ve got you covered!! If you trust me with your fur baby, I promise I will love them as much as I love my own!! I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility. Mornings are more difficult for me, but I can definitely work with you to find what’s best for the pets! My own pets are high maintenance, so I am definitely able to work with your pets needs. About: I have lots of experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, guinea pigs, and more! I have owned them my whole life for one. But I have also worked at a pet lodge for a year from 2024-2025. As well as doing lots of miscellaneous dog sitting for others. I am a special education teacher and love animals! I would love to watch your fur babies over the weekend when I am not at school or during any holidays! If you need someone for over the school week, your pet would need to be ok with being alone for 9 hours. This doesn’t include travel time depending on where you live. If you live too far away, I won’t accept the job. I will if you are close! I treat pets as if they were my own. I give them love and attention. I make sure that all their needs are met, and complete with lots of snuggles!
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and got into dog training 2 years ago. I assisted a dog training company with the dogs they would board and care for, and assisted with multiple training outings. I also raised and trained my own service animal. I’m currently working part time, and will focus solely on providing care for your pet and home. They are my number one priority and love to do things with them. I will take them on long walks and do training with them to get their brain going. About: I love dogs! I’ve taken care of neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and currently have one of my own. I have experience with puppies, older dogs, walking and training dogs on and off lead. I currently work only part-time, so I have a lot of free time on my hands. There are a few weekends or nights that I’ll be away, but we can book in advance. I have a private house with tons of green space and corn fields. We have no visible neighbors, so your dog will enjoy a bit of the peaceful country lifestyle. About: I am a huge animal lover! I grew up with dogs and cats and almost every pet I’ve had was a rescue. I started pet sitting my neighbor’s dogs when I was 14. I took a break for a while then started back up about 3 years ago. I have several neighbors and family friends who’s cats and dogs I take care of when their owners are away. I do have experience in taking care of pets young and old. I currently work most weekdays but I’m typically available after 1pm. Anytime a walk or play date is needed, I’m available. “If you're ever looking for a place for your fur kids to stay while you go out of town, I highly recommend Laura. I have 2 neurotic cats; 1 has CH that does not like getting confined in crates/small place and the other is spicy/moody. The stay was short with a (somewhat) unusual request, but Laura took them all in stride and went the extra mile to look after Sam and Cloud. Definitely one of my best rover experience and would not hesitate to ask her again in the future.”
