“Amazing! Picked up our dog and he was as happy as could be! They sent plenty of photos and updates! Nanuk had plenty of friends to play with and definitely did not want to leave!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy!!!”

“Tamara is such a wonderful sitter! Anyone who meets her immediately can see her love and passion for our fur friends! I am so glad I found her for little man Milo. Her caring and understanding approach is exactly what he needed. Thank you Tamara!”

“Camilla was a wonderful host and took good care of pocket beagle as we toured around Gettysburg for the day. She kept us well informed with pictures and texts on how he was doing and was super attentive to his needs. Highly recommend her to watch your baby.”

“I am lucky to have had Vasumathy help me with pup-care. The pics and video Vasu sent me Day #1 showed me a happy dog. Day #2 confirmed it. My little guy was making his trademark excited noises from the car as we approached Vasu's house. Care included indoor play with toys, nice long walks, birdwatching from the window, visits upstairs with Vasu's husband, and, of course, meals and treats. TY so much Vasu (and Rajesh) for giving Bodhi such terrific care while I was at work. I felt totally at peace during his stay with you. :)”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old, and it’s more than just a job—it’s my passion. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I treat every pup like they’re my own, providing not only safety and structure, but also love, attention, and plenty of playtime. What sets me apart is my calm, confident approach and deep understanding of dog behavior—I know when it’s time to be silly and when it’s time to soothe. Whether it’s daycare or an extended stay, your dog will be in caring, capable hands with me. My schedule is very flexible, and I’m happy to work around your dog’s needs. I’m in the office a couple days a week, but I can adjust those days as needed to ensure your pup gets the care and attention they deserve. In my home, your dog will be treated like one of the family. I have two friendly Golden Retrievers, an energetic 2 year old and a gentle 8 year old, who love to play and welcome new friends. We have a spacious, fenced in yard perfect for outdoor fun. I follow your dog’s feeding schedule and provide plenty of playtime, cuddles, and calm evenings to ensure they feel happy, safe, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

“They are amazing! They always take such good care of my girl and give lots of cute updates, which I love. They’re very flexible with my schedule too so that’s a plus! She always comes home happy! :)”

“Wonderful experience for us and for Gus The Wonder Dog. We indicated at booking we would drop him off between 9 and 9:30 am and pick him up between 4 and 4:30 pm. We discovered before we dropped him off the first morning that our group would be eating dinner about 3 miles from the sitter's home. To pick him up at 4:30, return him to the B&B, and then drive back to dinner venue would have added about 15 - 18 miles of driving in somewhat heavy traffic. I asked if we could pick him up after dinner”

He is still all puppy, with lots of playful energy, and he was exhausted after a fun day with Angela! So much so he fell asleep on the way home. About: I speak fluent 'large breed' – from Great Dane drama to Mastiff moodiness, I've been bilingual in Big Dog for decades. My credentials? A lifetime degree from the University of Oversized Paws, currently pursuing my Master's with Gemma, my 100-pound Husky/Akita mix who doubles as my quality control manager. She's basically my co-interviewer – if your pup passes the Gemma Test, they're golden. I get that XL dogs aren't just bigger – they're different. They need someone who understands that a 'small' accident involves industrial-grade cleanup, that counter-surfing is an Olympic sport, and that their idea of a lap dog is... optimistic. My setup? Spacious home with a 6-foot privacy fence (because nobody wants their Saint Bernard becoming the neighborhood's unwanted visitor), plus plenty of indoor space for those inevitable zoomies. Even Rogue, my 13-year-old cat, has made peace with the chaos – she just upgraded to executive suite living upstairs. Bottom line: Your gentle giant won't be treated like a small dog who hit the gym. They'll get the specialized, size-appropriate care they deserve – and the belly rubs that require actual arm strength. Pet care doesn't fit into our routine – it IS our routine. We're basically a 24/7 doggy daycare masquerading as a normal household. I work from home (translation: I'm the treat dispenser with Wi-Fi), and my husband is home full-time (aka Chief Belly Rub Officer and Emergency Ball Thrower). Your pup will have round-the-clock supervision from two certified couch potatoes who've perfected the art of simultaneous laptop typing and ear scratching. We're like helicopter parents, but for dogs – and with better snacks. No 'checking in every few hours' situation here. We're the couple who probably talks to dogs more than humans on most days, and honestly? We're not mad about it. Basically, your dog won't just be staying with us – they'll be joining our very committed, very ridiculous pack where someone's always available for the important stuff: immediate attention when a leaf moves suspiciously, emergency treat distribution, and professional-grade 'who's a good dog?' consultations. Safety first, fun second, existential crisis about how much we love your dog third. Our home operates on the 'Fort Knox meets Disneyland' principle – maximum security with maximum fun. That 6-foot privacy fence isn't just for show; it's our version of a velvet rope at an exclusive club where only the goodest boys and girls get VIP access. House rules are simple: gates stay locked (we're not running a doggy escape room), fresh water is always available (hydration is key to optimal zoomies), and Gemma serves as our live-in safety inspector – she's got a PhD in 'Is This New Friend Sketchy?' For boarding guests, sleeping arrangements include premium couch real estate or our actual bed (because let's be honest, you're not keeping a Great Pyrenees on a dog bed). Climate-controlled comfort year-round, with immediate access to emergency cuddles and 3 AM 'did you hear that?' investigations. We're basically helicopter parents who've extended our neuroses to include your dog. Every door gets double-checked, every interaction gets supervised, and yes, we absolutely will send you way too many photos of your pup doing absolutely nothing newsworthy. Think of us as your dog's personal secret service – vigilant, dedicated, and probably overthinking everything.

“Amber's husband took very good care of our Bisous. I was nervous leaving her because it was my first time using a dog sitter. Everything went well and he was very attentive to her. The other dogs were bigger than her but he made sure she was comfortable and that the dogs all got along well. They have a nice big fenced in yard which makes it nice on a sunny day for the dogs to be outside. I would recommend them to other dog owners.”

“If you are in the Carlisle, PA, area, please consider using Victoria C. and her family as your sitter. It was only a half a day stay but we were able to do a meet and greet before the actual date. She was very attentive and sent pictures to us showing what he was doing. We could tell by Blaze's body language he was happy with his stay. They walked him several times in their backyard and was able to get him to play ball with them. Next time we are in town we will use them again, we highly recommend them.”

About: I am an Occupational Therapist currently working flexible part-time hours and am looking to make some new fur-baby friends! With the passing of our two 14 year old springer spaniels, my husband and I are finding ourselves with lots of time, energy, and love to give to our canine and feline neighbors. While our hearts are not ready to take on a new family member, we are still very much inclined toward the role of pet care (i.e., taking walks, energetic play, distance walking, etc.) Through the years, we have enjoyed raising and loving dogs, cats, guinea pigs, lizards, hamsters, ducks, turtles, and fish along the way. I have never met a dog or cat that I didn't love being around, and I'm sure your pet will be no exception! Animals really are man's best friends, and I would love to have the opportunity to give some special attention to your fur baby while you are away! I understand that care of your pet is a sacred charge. I am very willing to accommodate your pet's special needs. I would 100% be willing to meet with you prior to services to ensure that I am the right fit for your pet! :) I know all too well the stress associated with leaving your pet, whether it be for just a few hours or for an entire week. Rest assured that your pet will be in loving hands in my care. My husband and I work part-time and/or from home and would be available most of the day to take care of and be companions to your pet(s). We have a backyard that is not fenced, but we can leash walk your dog multiple times a day for toileting and exercise. We also have long leash tie-ups longer outdoor time. We have a crate in our family room that can provide your dog some calming quiet time if you choose. For cats, we have a sun room which gets plenty of light and has a variety of cat activities, including a 6-foot cat tree.

About: Hi, I’m Jillian! What sets me apart from other dog sitters is how deeply I care for animals, not just as a job, but as a real passion. I love spending time with dogs, whether it’s taking them on peaceful walks or just being there to keep them company. I walk my own dog every day and regularly watch my neighbors’ dogs, treating each one like family. I also volunteer at an animal shelter, where walking and spending time with the dogs truly fills my cup. Every dog I care for gets my full attention, love, and respect, because to me, they’re more than pets; they’re companions who deserve the best. Right now I am on summer break. I am a teacher in Pennsylvania so I am pretty available most weekdays and weekends. I am also available during the day as well! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities, whether they’re in my home or yours. I care for every animal with the same attention and love I give my own dog, always keeping an eye on them, making sure they’re happy, secure, and never stressed. I take the time to understand each dog’s needs and routines so they feel safe and at ease. Whether it’s a walk, a drop in visit, or an overnight stay, you can trust that your pet is in caring, responsible hands with me.

“Ryan was absolutely amazing with my dog, Parker! He stayed for a week on Ryan’s beautiful farm, which has a large, fenced-in yard made just for dogs—it’s a perfect space for them to run and play. Parker had a blast with Ryan’s two sweet golden retrievers, who brought out his playful side in the best way. Ryan kept in touch with regular updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind. I could tell Parker was happy, well cared for, and in great hands the entire time. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and experienced sitter. Haley S.
“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Haley when it comes to caring for animals. I’ve never met anyone who connects with pets the way she does. It’s not just that she loves animals—she truly lives for them. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy cat, or even an older pet with special needs, Haley gives each one her full attention, patience, and care. She sees every pet as an individual with their own personality and needs, and she treats them all with a kind of respect and love that’s incredibly rare. What amazes me most is how animals respond to her. Even the most timid or anxious pets seem to relax around her, like they instinctively know they’re in safe hands. I’ve seen it happen more than once—Haley walks into the room and suddenly the energy changes. She speaks to animals with such gentleness, and she always makes sure they feel seen, heard, and comfortable. As a pet sitter, Haley goes above and beyond. She’s never just “watching” your pet—she’s spending quality time with them, making sure they’re mentally stimulated, emotionally supported, and physically cared for. She keeps everything clean and organized, follows care instructions to the letter, and always gives updates so you never have to worry while you’re away. But what really stands out is her heart. Haley is one of the kindest, most genuine people I know. She puts animals first—not just because it’s her job, but because it’s who she is. If you’re lucky enough to have Haley take care of your pet, you can rest easy knowing they’re in the best hands possible. She’s truly one of a kind.”

Josie W.
“Josie was absolutely wonderful to work with. I travel a lot for work and I've used her to come let my 2 doggos out and feed them and take them on a walk. And she is never late to get there and let them out. She always sends me pictures of my babies while shes there which I love. For about 2 weeks my one puppy needed to get eye drops 2 times a day and I explained everything to her and she listened word for word to my instructions and I could genuinely tell she listened to the instructions as if it where for her own dogs. And she has always been polite, professional, and courteous. I would not use anyone else to watch my dogs!”

Yvonne K.
“Yvonne K is a phenomenal, caring person. She is very sensitive in a way that makes her perfect to care for pets. Someone is fortunate to have her services can be completely at peace about leaving her pet with them.”

Lynn G.
“Lynn is a highly responsible, hard-working, and fun-loving pet caregiver. She has a knack with animals, and takes time to play with and care for each of my pets on their level. She is as constructive with meeting the needs of my high-energy springer spaniel as she is with lovingly reassuring his nine-year-old brother who is shy and slower to warm up to people. She is also great with my cat as well! She has been very willing to accommodate my pets' needs (including providing medications, post-surgical restrictions, favorite treats/toys, walks/runs, special snacks, etc.). I trust her implicitly and know that she genuinely cares about the animals placed in her charge. I have appreciated her consistent communication via texts and photo updates; she seems to understand the stress I feel when leaving my pets, and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable via daily check-ins. I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone seeking pet assistance- you can rest assured that your pet will be in good hands under her care.”

Christina Z.

“So awesome and playful with my dog and sent me lots of pics!”

Jillian B.
“We have had Jill watch our dog Toby many times. She is very responsible, trustworthy and caring. You can tell she's a lover of animals as Toby gets extremely excited to see her. Dogs know and he loves her. I would highly recommend Jill, she makes you feel at ease knowing your pet is in loving hands. We would absolutely use her over and over again to watch Toby.”
