About: I have a wealth of experience caring for dogs of all ages and breeds since I was 11. Families in my community trust me to walk, feed, and love their pets. I usually start my day by walking my dog, I am currently available every day during week and weekend to care for the needs of your pet. It’s crucial to prioritize safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment when caring for pets. When I take care of pets, i make sure to follow any specific instructions provided by the pet owner. As well as spend quality time with pets ensuring they feel safe and loved in the environment.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats around me my whole life. I have always helped out with caring for them, including walking, feeding, playing and bathing them. I currently have a Siberian Husky puppy and a German Sheperd mix at home whom I love with all my heart, so I have a lot of personal experience with many different breeds. I also have worked with a small business in Brockville that provided in house pet services and walking for all kinds of animals, from cats, dogs, rabbits, you name it! I have a pretty open schedule at the moment, I am wanting to change over to pet care as my focus so I can try my best to work with what’s best for you! I have worked in clients homes before and I always take the best precautions to make sure everyone ends up happy. I have worked with people who use alarm systems and learned how to properly enter and set the alarms when leaving. I can use a variety of different leashes depending on your dogs needs and I am a very cautious person naturally so I always make sure doors are locked, waters available to the doggos and whatever else is needed to keep them and the home safe.

About: I am an experienced dog handler that loves dogs and animals. I offer a SMOKE FREE home and environment. I am premium dog care service provider and charge above average rates to ensure that you and your pet receive the gold standard of care and service. Good animal care providers aren't cheap and cheap animal care providers aren't good. If you need a trustworthy, and reliable sitter instead of the cheapest sitter available...congratulations, you're reading the correct profile. Dogs are kept safe and will greatly enjoy their stay with me. I have a big truck so I can transport dogs/pets easily to take them out for lots of runs, walks, playing fetch etc. I’m experienced with aggressive dogs, law enforcement service dogs, dog training, dog walking, and safety management. I had a Siberian Husky named Bosko, until he passed away in April 2024. He was almost 11 years old, full of energy, yet very, very well behaved, trained and mannered. Bosko was not aggressive, but he did growl and tried to act tough around other male dogs. He was subjected to dozens of dogs in our house over the years of dog sitting on Rover and he never hurt, nor attacked another dog. If you look through our profile, you will see Bosko pictured with dozens of other dogs in our home. Bosko loved to play with smaller dogs and was very kind and gentle with them, even if they knipped at him, or bit at him. Your dog will have a great time with all of us here and we look forward to meeting you and your dog. I work from home and enjoy the company and responsibility of caring for other animals. I am able to provide consistent round the clock supervision and attention to my clients' animals. All dogs will be walked one or two times daily and have space to roam, run, play and enjoy themselves in a safe, supervised environment.

About: I've been caring for a variety of animals my whole life and have owned cats and dogs my whole adult life. I've recently been given the honour and opportunity to raise my Rottweiler puppy. I have spent countless hours researching best practices and would love to help with exercising your puppy pal. I hike, walk, beach and do whatever you need for your four legged family. I've had experience administering medication and providing special needs. I am currently working part time and crafting but would love to be caring for animals full time eventually. I'm happy to work any day and transport pets to preferred walking and caring spaces. I prioritize quality enrichment. My walks with my own dog are very much for him. He's welcome to sniff as much as he wants. I am capable of following any and all direction about your dog to stay as close to the quality of your own care as possible and give your dog the best experiences I can.

“I hit the jackpot when I clicked on Krystal. I have a colony of furrbabies, I mean 31 in/out cats and 1 dog. We love our babies and when it’s vacation planning time we always get nervous because will someone treat them as we do, will they get used to them, they’re used to pretty much us and my mom and that’s it. Well, they’ve got a great animal lover sitter now and they love her and we do too. It’s really great to come home and not do anything except love on them. Thank you Krystal! You rock!! I definitely recommend her!”

About: I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph and completed the Veterinary Technology program at St. Lawrence College. With experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes, I bring a strong foundation in animal care and a genuine passion for their well-being. I work as a Registered Veterinary Technologist at an animal hospital Tuesday-Friday, with Saturday-Monday off. However, I am very flexible and can accommodate your pet care needs, including staying at your home and commuting to work if required. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities, and I am committed to providing attentive and reliable care. With 7 years of post-secondary education in the field of animal medicine, I am committed to providing the highest standard of care for your pet. I treat every pet as if they were a member of my own family, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times.

About: Long-time dog lover, first-time dog owner! But don't let that dissuade you. My experience with my dog started off as a big challenge (and I continue to work with him everyday!). I've learned a LOT about handling a strong dog- and I'm constantly rewarded with cuddles! I'd love to care for your dog as I do my own. If our dogs get along, I'm happy to facilitate joint walks (and off-leash if your dog is good with that), or play dates when I am taking care of your pup. Of course, we would make sure this is okay with all parties involved! I use tools with my dog, so if your dog is used to a slip lead, long line, prong collar, or eCollar, I have loads of experience with my dog and these things. I am self-employed and work from home. I set my own schedule, so I have flexibility in when I can care for your dog. Since I am out with my dog a couple of times per day, I can arrange to take our dogs out together (if everyone is okay with that!) My home is too small to accommodate more than my dog (I live in a tiny home!), so all care would have to happen at your house. I do have a dog-friendly car, and can crate one of the dogs in the car to keep them separated in transit, if I ever take them on an approved adventure.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life until now, from chihuahuas, cocker spaniels, Dalmatians, labs, golden and st Bernard’s I’m comfortable with all dog breeds. I am comfortable carrying large and heavy dogs if necessary, I can bathe and stay consistent with training as required. I work from home Monday to Fridays so I am available mornings, lunch and evenings for walks, drop ins and over night care. I am active and capable of walking for long distances, I also have transportation for pick up/drop off if required. We have a fence as in backyard with a pool - dogs will always be attended with outside to ensure no issues with the pool. Large front yard as well.

About: For future reference; will not be accepting non neutered or spayed cats/dogs unless accompanied by a crate, especially if their not trained please. I do have one myself, so not that you need to have one per se but allow use if necessary! This is partially for Henrys experience too, so please keep that in mind when reading this; its not to be snarky. I have trained two dogs growing up who have above average listening and response times. Positive reinforcement was key to my success, psychology paid off. One was a rescue dog; she was such a sweet heart but it took some time getting her to open up based off her traumatic experiences prior to entering the adoption location she luckily found her way too. Henry on the other hand, was purchased from a breeder, so fortunately for him less baggage, and unfortunately for her given the circumstances. I've done dog sitting/pet care for family dogs when family members would go on vacation for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Medication administration is a non issue, as well as grooming is another area I take great pride in doing myself, as it's a good trait to have being a pet owner. Have cared for puppies, adult or senior dogs; we were a dog first family growing up so I've grown to love them more than you can realize just through descriptions; with my active daily lifestyle it allows for the animals to gain as much out of exercise as I do and working from home helps as well. I treat animals as if their my family or children, so they'd receive the same treatment one would expect from a friend baby sitting their children. Seamlessly; he wakes up when I do and is let out accordingly at 4 AM we go for multiple walks a day most notably 430 AM and 530 PM. I work from home so it makes it very manageable to get him outside for bathroom breaks within 2-2.5 hour interval periods. I'd like to think we both operate at a high level through one another. We feed off one another, so when he's upbeat I am too, but when I'm down he has his tricks that ensure a great therapeutic touch. I treat them as if their my children; I speak to them in a way they understand with words or phrases we've practiced or has practiced to ensure optimal success in regards to understanding one another. Henry and I like to play often with his toys or just horsing around with Belly rubs and chasing him around the house. He sleeps with me too, so no furniture is off limits as I usually have blankets or other covers in place to manage hair loss.

About: I love dogs! I have experience taking care of big and small, well and not so well behaved dogs : ). I have a private property for ball throwing and running around. I work at home so I have the time to care for your dog. My main reason to do this is because I love pets but I am not ready for my own again just yet. I work from home full time! I would be able to give your dog walks before work, lunch, and after work. I’m open to special needs. I have 10 acres. It’s not fenced but has a treed border. I would have your pet at my home. I don’t have any other pets or children in the home.

“I was excited to hear that Jason signed on to work with Rover. I have known him in a professional capacity for several years now and have come to appreciate the wonderful relationship he has with his canine companion Henry. Jason loves his dog and strives to give Henry a balance of consistent exercise, training, affection, play and rest resulting in a healthy, happy, engaging pet. I have no doubt that he will do the same with your animal! I know Jason to pay attention to details and he works hard to do well in whatever he decides to do. Tell him what your pet needs, what your expectations are and leave Jason and Henry to do the rest!”

Aladah M.
“Aladah babysits my dog once a week. She takes great care of Pepper and I always feel at ease dropping her off. She sends pics of Pepper having a fun time!”
