“Mike is great with my dogs and an excellent communicator. He would frequently send me pictures and my dogs looked so happy. Left my house perfect. I could not recommend him more!”

About: I have always loved animals from a very early age. With each passing moment, I become more certain that my life and future will revolve around them. I dedicate most of my time to caring for the dogs at my farmhouse, and I truly enjoy spending time with them and learning from their behavior. I am currently working in inside sales, which allows me to work entirely from home. However, I am in the process of transitioning to a full-time dog-boarding business. I am available both during the week and on weekends. As a highly professional individual, I prioritize staying actively engaged with the pets I care for. I enjoy taking them for walks and treating them as if they were my own, tailoring the activities based on their age and energy levels. When it comes to being in the owner's home, I am meticulous about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything is securely locked before leaving.

About: I currently have two dogs of my own. I've had pets my entire life. I had dogs and cats growing up but I'm allergic to cats so I don't have any now. I had guinea pigs at one point as well. I love animals more than I can put into words. I like animals better than I like people. 🤷♀️ I dog sit for my sister and roommate all the time. I’m new to the Rover community so I’m definitely looking for long term and repeat clients! I’m open to all inquiries. I’m new to the Rover community so I’m definitely looking for long term and repeat clients. I am flexible and available on weekends. I prefer drop ins and day time visits. I'm not sure my exact schedule yet. I'm open to all inquiries. I'll need your instructions and details on how best to care for your babies. The more direction you can give me, the better. Within reason obviously. I love animals and I will take care of yours to the best of my ability.

“Inna went above and beyond to take care of our pack of dogs. She communicated every day, sent multiple pictures, let us know what she needed and worked through unforeseen situations to help make both her and the dogs comfortable. We are so grateful for everything. It’s really difficult leaving your dogs but Inna made this week seamless.”

“Bethany takes such great care of my dogs!! I have four Labrador Retrievers and we couldn’t travel (which we love) because of their care. Then I found Bethany. She follows all my instructions for their feeding and care (which is a bit intricate), takes them on walks, and does training with them. She also sends me lots of updates, photos and videos while we’re away. I feel so comfortable leaving my babies with Bethany and would highly recommend!!”

About: I have three dogs, two cats, and a gecko. My pet care experience started within my family, including dog walks, playtime, training, and love. When I got to highschool I started dog sitting within my neighborhood and for family friends. Although my pet care experience id say goes beyond just cats and dogs considering I’ve taken care of a pig, a bird, snakes, bunnies, hamsters, bearded dragons… I think you get the idea. As a wildlife biology major, I have also had exposure to even undomesticated animals, and learned telling signals of animals. Overall, I confidently can say that I believe I am a very qualified person to take care of your pets! Currently, I am in college with a pretty difficult major, and an athlete on the girls lacrosse team. During the week days the most I can do is offer assistance in letting your pets out and doings stop by’s to feed them, but the weekends I am open to way more time with your pets. Obviously I have no pets with me in my college dorm, but at home I have a fenced in yard, the dogs and cats get fed twice a day, and I give walks daily to the dogs. I also try to play with the dogs considering the breeds my family owns are high-energy breeds and need that kind of attention, but I also have dealt with low-energy breeds and older dogs who just need some pets!

About: I have loved dogs ever since I can remember. My favorite part about caring for dogs is seeing them content with their surroundings and enjoying my company and being comfortable. I have owned several dogs and spent plenty of time studying different breeds to familiarize myself with their personality traits. Dogs are fantastic animals and I would absolutely love if I had the chance to watch your pooch while you're away. All dogs deserve great care! I have always wanted to work with dogs but never had the time until now. I have two big babies! A German Shepherd female, and a Rottweiler male, and we spend plenty of time outdoors. I also get a monthly BarkBox super chewer subscription so they have a plethora of toys to play with. I also have two DSH cats I rescued as kittens who are my pups lovable companions. I can't wait to meet you and your furbaby! I work from home on 3 of the 5-day week and can make myself available as much as necessary to make sure your babies are well cared for. I am available as early as 6:30AM up until 4:30PM most every day, but can make exceptions for those who need accommodations. I have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet enough cul-de-sac that there is enough space for exercise should it be necessary for a longer stay!

“Our giant doofus of a dog loved her. She took care of not only the dog and cat but also two dramatic pigs and two stubborn goats. When we had last-minute scheduling hiccups she was flexible and understanding. We're grateful we found her!”

“Abbie spent 4 days and 3 nights watching our home and our two babies, Kya and Greta. Greta is a highly active 1 year old German Shepard and Kya is a 7 year old less active Shepard. Abbie kept my wife informed daily with text and pictures, my wife just returned home to find our home in order, well kept and most of all our girls safe and happy!!! Thank you Abbie we’d happy to use you again!!”

“Denzel took great care of my puppies, always replied in a timely manner, was very flexible with any request we had, very responsible. Will be booking with him in the future.”

“Summer was fantastic for us. It was a blessing knowing that she was there taking care of our baby girls. She went above and beyond for us. I will be using her again for sure.”

About: I have had pets my whole life, I love every furry pet as if it was my own! I work during the day at home and I am able to be flexible around walking times and will be able to follow any instructions. I’ve managed giving pets medication if your pet needs any type of medicine when in my care I can assist! I will enjoy helping with your furry loved one! I have one small shih tzu named Oreo she loves playing with other dogs and going on walks. She is one year old and super friendly. I look forward to meeting each new fluffy face! Thank you and please let me know how I can assist your family and your fur babies! Feel free to ask any questions prior!

About: I am currently available to any last minute holiday sitting! I grew up surrounded by four dogs of various ages and breeds, giving me firsthand experience in tailoring care to their unique needs. From energetic puppies to senior companions, I’ve learned how to provide the attention, exercise, and care they require. Currently, I share my home with a cat, which has deepened my understanding of feline care and affection. My experience with both dogs and cats ensures your pet will receive personalized, loving care while you're away! My schedule is flexible, and I’m always willing to work with the needs of my clients to ensure their pets receive the best care. I can check on your pets before and after work, and on my days off, I’m happy to provide 24/7 care or house-sitting as needed. While my work schedule is currently fluctuating, I’m more than happy to discuss and coordinate times that work best for you and your furry friends! When caring for a client’s pet, my approach is always tailored to the unique needs and personality of each animal. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method because every pet is different—some thrive on active play and social interaction, while others may need a quieter, more structured environment. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special requirements they may have, ensuring their well-being and comfort are always prioritized. Whether it’s managing specific dietary needs, administering medications, or adjusting to their energy levels, I plan my care based on what works best for them. I’m naturally affectionate, so I ensure that pets feel loved and secure in my care. Housing arrangements would include plenty of attention, cuddles, and interactive play to make them feel at home. For dogs, consistent walks and outdoor activities are part of their routine to keep them physically and mentally stimulated. My goal is to provide not just care but companionship, treating every pet as if they were my own. Ultimately, I strive to create an environment where pets feel happy, safe, and cherished while meeting their specific needs.

“Courtney took wonderful care of our aged dog and our home during our vacation. Our dog's advanced age took special care and attention, and she worked with him, convinced him to eat, adjusted his diet as needed, gave him walks in the rain, and helped him deal with our absence. Many thanks to Courtney!”

About: Ever since I was a child, I've always loved animals, specifically cats. Something about them just clicked with me. My grandmother used to foster animals in Modesto, California. I helped her out frequently, by keeping the animals company and taking care of their needs. Now that she's retired, I wanna continue to be around animals as much as possible without her help. I work part time, so I have a lot of time available. My schedule is very flexible, and I work best in the afternoons and evenings. I am currently customizing my home into an environment where a cat could be comfortable. I'd say the essentials for are a happy kitty are wet food packed with protein, a clean litterbox, places to scratch, and lots of personal space. A happy dog is one that has outlets for their energy. I can stop by and feed your cat, clean it's litterbox, and play. I can also come over for a few days, making sure your feline friend is supervised while you're away. I love to play with cats, I'd never turn down a play session, and I'm also a big cuddler. What matters most to me is that your cat feels safe.

“Nina is great with all FOUR of our dogs and gives them all the love. She's managed them with ease, gets them fed, some have meds and they can be a handful at times. She's amazing. I feel calm and know they're safe when she's with them ❤️”

“We had used Rover a couple of times before, but this was our first time with Chelsea and she was great! She stayed with our dogs for a week and took really good care of them, which is saying a lot because they are still very high energy for 6 year olds. She sent us pics and updates and was very responsive whenever I reached out. We highly recommend her.”

About: Animals have always been my passion and love! From horses and spending my time on farms, to spoiling my household pets at home- I have a variety of experience in care. Every single animal catches my attention as soon as I meet them! I have taken several animal nutrition/basic emergency classes in college. I worked at a veterinary clinic and volunteered at shelters. I’ve spent many hours training at equine rescues. I’ve raised several litters of puppies for local shelters to get them adopted out for families. I have 3 dogs of my own, 2 cats, chickens, and a tank full of aquatic life that keeps me on my toes! Please message me if you would like my cash pricing. Although I currently work a full-time (m-f) 8-5 job, I currently am looking for some extra income. I come home for my hr lunches. At some point, I hope to transition to a work from home position, and have more flexibility in my day to day life. I will only be accepting jobs that can fit into this current schedule for now. I understand that trusting a stranger to care for your loved one can be hard- on you and your pet! I will follow your directions to a “T”. I want your pet to feel comfortable with me whether it’s in my home or yours. Keeping them in their same routine is beneficial, having their parents smell (a blanket) close by is comforting, and treats- as long as it’s health and mama approved- goes a long way!
