“Shannon was fantastic! She communicated well with us while she watched our boy! She sent pictures to show he was doing fine! We felt at total ease leaving our “kid” in her care… she welcomed doing a meet and greet earlier in the week ( at our request) to introduce our dog to her to before dropping him off later that week. She was very accommodating with our drop off/pickup since we were flying somewhere. Will definitely use her again and recommend to her to other pet parents!!!”
